Best Hotels near Royal Air Maroc Cargo, Hounslow

We arrived and parking was good and nearby. As a disabled blue badge holder, there was a good amount of disabled bays and it was free when I presented my blue badge at reception. Check in was quick and efficient. Only one of the two lifts was working, but the hotel didn’t seem too busy so this wasn’t a problem. We had a room for 2 adults and a child, so a double bed and a bunk bed. The room was small, but we only needed it to sleep and so it wasn’t a problem. The cleanliness of the room wasn’t good. The floor was so filthy, that we just threw our socks away because of how black they were. The mattress on the single bunk bed was absolutely disgusting. I have attached photos. The sheet was just a piece of material folded in half, and wasn’t tucked in or anything which is how we noticed the dirty mattress. It was late when we noticed it, so I sent photos and an email to reception, who immediately offered us breakfast free of charge. We declined the breakfast as we already had reservations elsewhere, and we saw that breakfast was very poor with little on offer. The manager then replied and refunded our stay and cleaned the room. The management/reception team were lovely and sorted things swiftly. We would stay again and have stayed in many Ibis hotels, but I will be checking the cleanliness of them closely in future.

It was a good hotel with all the amenities in the hotel. The size of the rooms are pretty small but okay for an individual. best part about the hotel was the location, it is very close to Airport ( you can just hop on the london bus ).

We spent the last weekend at the hotel and we were delighted to had booked the hotel as the rooms were really clean and tidy the light system was very Cousy and relapsing the reception team were very kind and helpful, parking for our car was really good as well as it saved us from parking hassle. I highly recommend it to every one visiting LONDON.

Pros: 1. Good location. Close to shops, restaurants, and Earl's Court tube stop. 2. Lobby is cute. 3. Family room is basically two rooms (1 full/queen in one room, and 2 twins in the other). 4. Small kitchen (though the stovetop range was hard to use and they do not provide any bottled water or cooking spray/oil) 5. Free laundry & gym (though very small dryers that take many tries to get laundry dry) 6. Front desk people are nice and friendly (but very casual, not the usual level of British service) 7. Provide some teas/coffees in the room, plus a safe and a yoga mat. 8. I guess one plus of the rooms being so dark (and being in the ba*****t) was that we slept really well because of the darkness. Cons: 1. No one helps you with your luggage up the stairs or to your room. 2. Trust the reviews: the rooms are very dim. The lighting is way too dark and flickers. If you want to read a book, forget it. 3. NO CLEANING. I thought I would be cool with this, but really, it's not cool to not offer any cleaning. If you ask (repeatedly) for more towels or something, they will provide. 4. Toilets barely flush. When you ask them to fix it, they ask ”well, did it work when you checked in?” 5. While the lobby is cute (except for the very strong scent pumped in and loud music), once you get off of the lift, the hallways are dark, drab, and have old carpeting reminiscent of an unremodeled Las Vegas hotel. They really need to freshen up the hallways/carpets. 6. Only provided 2 towels per room and two hand towels, no washcloth. 7. No mat in the tub/shower. We slipped several times. 8. When you put trash or towels outside your room to be picked up, it often takes all day for someone to collect them. 9. Texted/called multiple times to ask for towels, and it took going to the front desk and having the employee actually come downstairs with me and hand them to me to get more/clean towels. 10, No napkins or paper towels in the kitchen. We had just come from another hotel, The Gore, that was just slightly more expensive and was WORLDS better in terms of service, amenities, comfort, and beauty. Unfortunately, Ember Locke was a disappointment. And I am normally not a picky hotel person. Would not recommend.

Overall, my stay at Dreamtel London Kensington Hotel was a mixed experience. The location of the hotel is fantastic, making it convenient to explore the vibrant neighborhood and nearby attractions. However, I was disappointed with the amenities provided. Several issues were encountered, including broken table lamps and a malfunctioning hairdryer. With some improvements to the amenities, particularly ensuring that all equipment is in proper working order, Dreamtel London Kensington Hotel has the potential to provide a more satisfactory guest experience.

The location us super convenient if you are near T4, so don't have to walk a long way in the middle of the night to find somewhere to sleep. It takes around 5min walk on the link bridge to access the hotel lobby. Room prices also included breakfast for 2 person in each room. Smooth check in just like the other IHG hotels (14:00 - 06:00). Check out time is 11:00am. Rooms are clean and comfy for travellers. The room comes with two set of pillows (soft and firm) which is very nice of them thinking like this. Hairdryer and iron is also available. Everything else was up to expectations for an airport hotel, I would only say the walk from the lift to your room is quite far and the carpet is not the easiest to pulled a 20kg suitcase.

The hotel was really nice, clean and the staff was friendly the only problem was the heat in the room, the ac wasn’t really helping but overall it was really nice. Definitely going there again

Good service, the people at the front desk are very nice. The room was clean and spacious. Convenient to travel, very close to Tesco. The serviced apartments are very well equipped.

Absolutely amazing place with wonderful view of city and heathrow airport accessible to the bus metro lines..Rooms were clean and trendy but small with no refrigerator and wardrobe but it's OK for us .had amazing time in the lounge with lots of games .breakfast was very good.there are limited option for food .I would highly recommend this place for stay.love this place and definitely stay there again ..Staffs were friendly and helpful. I stayed here a couple of times but the last time was the last! I booked in and paid in advance then on the day, I checked in and offered my photo ID as I had done previously and it had been accepted before, however on this occasion I was refused check-in as they had now decided only a passport would be acceptable which I didn’t have. The unhelpful staff and then the manager offered no solution and just shrugged and said “nothing we can do”. It should again be noted that my photo ID was acceptable before but not now – it should also be noted that the confirmation email only requested “photo ID” which I provided. No specific ID was asked for. So it seems this hotel makes up the terms and condition s as they go and seemingly change them when they feel like it! The room had been paid for so there was no chance of my running off without paying. After some time I finally resolved this by my husband racing home and emailing a copy of the passport which was grudgingly accepted otherwise my I was looking at nowhere to stay after an early, start at 4 a.m., a very long day then finally the hopeless staff at this place refusing entry to a customer who had paid way in advance causing a lot of stress! The receptionist told me they needed the passport to verify the address – however my address is not in the passport so this is a bit confusing. The manager confirmed this as well as confirming no entry and no help. This is really terrible service as they could have easily verified the address with other documents I had but this was not accepted – my ID clearly showed me as senior management at a local large organisation but the staff were unhelpful and seemed totally disinterested that I would have nowhere to stay – this part of London gets booked quickly hence my booking way in advance so the likelihood of getting a room somewhere else was very remote. It would have been simple to verify me but the staff were more interested in being difficult. So my feeling is the staff had maybe screwed up with another customer and had decided to ad hoc changes to the terms leaving me almost stranded. It could also have been a method of releasing a room for someone else – maybe a friend of the hotel. Who knows but I would be very careful using this place as they seem to have some very dubious and “flexible” terms for staying here and you may get caught out. I will never book here again and as a vice president of a large global organisation that hosts many international clients, I would certainly not recommend this place. It's short sighted of this hotel to be so unhelpful as they will have lost business but their lack of help displays a clear lack of interest in the customer. Please book here if you are happy to risk sleeping on the park bench instead of a hotel room!
