Four Seasons Hotel Houston

Worst four seasons stay in my entire life: travel agent and frequent traveler of many high end destinations : I waited over 30 minutes for an elevator on my day of check out: they only had one running for this entire building as the other 3 were broken: the hallways were never swept: I have photos of garbage that sat on the floor for the entire 3 days we stayed! Nothing was refreshed in the rooms Rooms had expired food in the mini bar: just simply not four seasons quality!

Amazing

Stayed in several four seasons hotels around the world and had a meeting in Houston. First of all Houston is a peculiar city, more than 2M people live there but you don’t see anyone on the streets. It also has no shopping zone or many good restaurants. Four seasons hotel is different than its sisters around the world but fabulous staff, nice rooms, nice bar with lovely staff too and good restaurants. If I ever have to travel to Houston again I will definitely stay again.

My husband and I had an amazing weekend stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Houston. The front desk and housekeeping staff were incredibly accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. We had dinner at Toro Toro with our friend, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect. We will definitely come back to this hotel!

Where do I begin? Room service delivered half our order and even after calling back down twice they still couldn’t get it right so I just gave up. As an American Express Platinum member I’m guaranteed late 4pm check out which I told front desk we would need. It served no purpose as housekeeping accessed my room numerous times without warning. I called the front desk to ask if there was an issue because I was checking out late. The gentleman at the front desk told me that I needed to request my late check out when I checked in… why would I need to request something I’m guaranteed per the terms of my Amex and again I told the front desk clerk we would be checking out late when I checked it. Going forward even after this call shortly afterwards a male from housekeeping walked right into my room. My husband and children were in the living area and I was in the bedroom area getting dressed ! This is a violation and extremely concerning. What if I was in the shower, a state of undress or a sleep and this man without warning has entered my room. We packed up our things and immediately went to the front desk. The manager apologized and moved our checkout to 9pm but once we were in the car I told my husband I just didn’t feel safe returning and we elected not to return. This is a serious issue and I don’t think I’ll return to this Four Seasons location.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Brittney at the front desk really took care of all of my needs. Rest of staff were great as well. Which I had more time to stay longer.
