Although this is still my favorite hotel in the Houston area I wasn’t extremely impressed this stay. Our air conditioner was blowing hot air so we slept with the balcony door open. On our final day the shower wouldn’t drain. I will still continue to stay here because the staff is excellent and the location is perfect. And the views are amazing

As always this was a GREAT place to stay! Every time I am In Houston this where I stay!! Staff is wonderful!! Rooms are perfect our balcony had great views! And the bed was so comfortable!!

The room is big, but the decoration is a bit old. The location is very convenient, and there is a dedicated parking building. It takes less than 20 minutes to drive to Chinatown, and it is very convenient to drive to the highway next to it.

The hotel is right next to the Galleria, making it a great location for shopping. And there are many restaurants nearby. The room is quite spacious and the pool is nice. The hotel staff was also friendly. I plan to visit again next time.
