地段好，走路10～15分鐘就到東大門夜市，老闆態度很好，價格便宜，只不過床是硬的，較適合老人家睡，若需要軟床，較不推薦，但本人很推薦來這家民宿住。

房間很大, 床也很好,房間新淨整潔。
可惜冷氣嚴重不足, 開了兩台風扇一整晚, 仍很熱。
廁所沒有抽氣, 冷氣進不來, 沐浴及上廁所都不能關上門, 否則就會很熱。
房內沒有衣櫃設施。
