櫃枱那個女收銀態度惡劣，我們從第一天住下，收去了100快按金，第二日早成去上班前與吧枱溝通好不退房，與二日下午三點左右在攜程下單，晚上下班回去説我們的房間沒給我們留，特別不情願的給我們換了房，隔了兩天後又出現同樣問題，女收銀態度惡劣還説今後要在攜程下架，在按金還在他們手裡的、溝通協調好要續住情況下將我們的房間裏的東西擅自收拾出來，不要我們繼續住了
