Location is perfect at the top of the mountain, we arrived after a day of hiking and were warmly welcomed by the hotel staff - especially Qinqin who kept in touch with us and sent us weather/cloud cover/sunrise details by message. We were so impressed and pleasantly surprised by the hotel facilities - really good food (and very reasonably priced), warm and clean room, smart toilet, mountain-view from the window, warm jackets provided for watching the sunrise (we were lucky to catch a clear sky for the sunrise!). They also prepared small items of complimenary local snacks and coffees throughout our stay. There was a small performance of the traditional opera style in the evening in the main hall which was lovely (especially for my UK partner to experience!). Would highly recommend and would stay again

NIce new hotel .. very posh .. name changed to cloud fun .. just few minutes away from xihai gorge. Staff Xiang Jian Fan was updating us the sunrise/sunset schedule and location to watch them. It is really amazing to have such nice hotel at the peak. Everything is carried up by hand .. including the bedsheet we slept on. I saw the guys carrying them up and down hill.

Hotel is at a convenient location where you can end your hike at for the day. Value for money as you get to view the sunset, star-gaze and see the sunrise all in one location! Receptionist Hu Shan was extremely helpful and even sent us messages on Weibo to alert us of the sunset/sunrise timings. 酒店的地点非常方便。上了山就能立刻休息。也能在酒店的台阶看日出日落，还能看银河!! 前台小姐胡珊也帮了我们不少- 在微博上给我们发消息让我们知道日出日落的时间。非常感谢！

The Peak Of Mount Huangshan
The hotel had a great location close to some of the most famous peaks. We stayed for a night to be able to see the sunset and sunrise and all was arranged in order to allow it in the most comfortable and convenient way, from tours planned to down jackets in the room free for use. We were upgraded during check-in for a better room and used the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. On top of that we also found a voucher for the spa in the room ☺️

We had a wonderful time at Yupinglou Hotel. It is a very beautiful hotel. We enjoyed everything about our stay there. The hotel rooms are really beautiful and also very clean. The staff at the hotel are all very friendly and the service is excellent. We want to thank the staff very much for their great hospitality. They also gave us a lot of recommendations about hiking routes on the mountain, which is really helpful. We will never forget the wonderful time we had at Yupinglou hotel. If we will visit Huangshan again in the future, we will definitely choose Yupinglou Hotel again.

Very beautiful hotel with pleasant scenery, warm service, elegant and artistic decoration, especially the light and fresh pine wood fragrance in the house, I like it very much. You can enjoy the herringbone waterfall in the house. The hotel is quiet and private, and you can experience the comfortable and relaxing seclusion. Special thanks to the handsome butler Xiao Zeng! He is warm and kind and helped solve various problems. His smile is very friendly and he is a very careful handsome guy. The service attitude of the restaurant is also very good. The driver is also warm and thoughtful. After leaving the hotel, he gave a souvenir. A very happy journey
