Perfect location to explore the city and right next to the river. Good breakfast and comfortable beds. Has aged a lot, which is part of the appeal but does hinder its ability to score high for amenities. Staff were very good and helped me when needed. Would stay again and would recommend to others for staying in a historic hotel.

First of all, this hotel is price fraud, and there are many hidden charges for foreign guests.
I booked a large bed or twin bed online, but when I arrived, they said that the extra bed would cost 400,000 VND, and the child would be charged an additional 340,000 VND. Later, after Ctrip negotiated with the hotel, they changed their words in front of me and said that the extra charge was for children's meals and accommodation, and changed it to 550,000 VND. But in fact, the hotel did not provide any services for children.
Secondly, when checking out, it was the first time that the hotel charged guests 60,000 VND for 2 bottles of mineral water in the room.
In addition, the hotel's cleaning is very poor, the facilities are backward, the room has a strong musty smell, and the mattress feels uncomfortable when covered on the body, which is very different from a four-star hotel. After checking in, I found that the disposable shoes in the room were left by the previous guest.
Ctrip booked more than 370 yuan, but actually spent more than 500 yuan in the store. There are many choices in Hue at this price, so there is no need to choose this one.
The hotel has a long history and the service is also stuck in the last century.
