Hôtel spa à fuir !!! Une étoile car pas possible de mettre 0 Un service déplorable, des personnes malhonnêtes, notamment Magalie, Responsable du Spa, une mauvaise foie incroyable de la part de cette dame. Un prestataire extérieur a l'accueil du Spa, très désagréable, qui se dédouane de toutes responsabilités sous prétexte qu'il n'est pas de l'Hotel, mais quand même à l'accueil donc bon. Nous avions réservés un spa pour 6 personnes à 18h, avec une capacité maximum de 6 personnes dans le spa annoncé, nous nous sommes retrouvés à 11. Une attente interminable pour accéder à toutes les zones évidemment, à 11 il est difficile de trouver sa place et son intimité pour se détendre. Sans parler du fait qu'on a failli se faire mettre dehors à cause d'une erreur d'horaire de leur part. Nous venons depuis plusieurs années dans ce spa avec accès à tous les espaces détente, mais cette année nous n'avions pas droit à la piscine, une nouveauté pas annoncé. Nous n'avons jamais été aussi mal accueilli que ça soit au spa ou à la réception. Aucune excuses de faite, aucun dédommagement proposé. Nous avons laissés 410€ pour deux soins et 8 entrées au spa, à notre plus grand regret. Le spa est fait pour se détendre, mais nous sommes repartis plus énervés que jamais. Privilégiez Le Chamois d'Or ou Les Grandes Rousses pour un service de grande qualité au Spa.

We enjoyed a week at the hotel on HB basis. Rooms were spacious with a fantastic Mountain View from the balcony. The bath was large and we never had any issues with hot water. Breakfast was plentiful with hot buffet or continental with delicious fresh bread and croissants. The walk to the nearest runs was about 10 minutes and not a problem for us (we are boarders). We ate at 7.30pm every night (you need to book your table) and there was a good choice of 3 course meals every day. The food was tasty and hot and we didn’t have any issues with anything running out. The staff were super friendly throughout. We didn’t use the pool or spa so can’t comment on that. The only improvement would be for the rooms to be ready for arrival. We got there at 12 and rooms weren’t ready until 4 which was a little disappointing as the previous guests would have left at 6am that morning. Other than that we had a very enjoyable stay.

Hotel rooms are great. Plenty of space and light and bathrooms good too. Majority of staff are excellent. Location is ok. Bit of a walk to slopes in the morning and more of a walk getting back. Breakfast is good. What let the hotel down was the grumpy front of house lady at evening meals and the lack of food choice and food. If you don’t make the first sitting at 7pm they have always run out of the decent dishes and there were only a couple. Quality of food on first 2 nights was good. Then went downhill. Boot room is cramped and boot warmers never worked even though someone was supposed to be coming to fix them

Hôtel convenable
Hôtel convenable, personnel a l écoute.
Bon petit déjeuner.
Mauvaise insonorisation, on entend le voisin de chambre parler et on entend la rue.
Ménage fait à la va vite…
Magnifique espace piscine mais malheureusement l eau est trop froide et l espace pas assez chauffé pour pouvoir en profiter.
Pas de sèche cheveux dans la chambre et frigo en panne.
