There was a drone on the hotel site that hovered around my room for roughly around 16 mins. This same drone was following me and my girlfriend possibly for 5 mins after we left the pool area. I signaled to the flyer or operate to please get the drone way from my room due to privacy reasons I wanted to enjoyed the full amenities of the room including the balcony Regardless, I am in no knowledge of who is flying the drone and if possible spying and recording is going on. Not only about my privacy but also the privacy of others. Perhaps others may think nothing of it of won't mind but me along with girlfriend did find this highly uncomfortable I have video recording of it as well I preferred not to write this on the review and speak to an agent directly to express my concern and dissatisfaction. This was the response from a customer service agent . “对于这个事情真的感到很抱歉，但是昨天您未及时反映，我们并不知道此事并不能及时为您处理，无人机并不是酒店的，应该是其他人” . I further responded …”I've never experienced this situation, so l gave it some thought. I handled the situation the best way I could by closing off my balcony. Limiting the full use of the room I paid for .What are the rules and regulations in regards to what the hotel allows guest to use gadgets as such What policy is in place ?” The agent then responded saying . “我们酒店是禁止客人使用无人飞机的。如有发现我们会及时禁止客人并查看客人拍摄的视频内容，已保证住店客人的隐私” I responded and said “I'm the guest making the complaint Being that it was flying for over 10 minutes in close proximity near my room You had no feedback yesterday because I was researching if this was allowed or not. I closed off my balcony Being a guest I've never dealt with this privacy invasion. This was my first stay at the hotel. I believe I took the actions to properly protect myself and privacy in an according time frame until I was able to confirm what is allowed by the hotel or not. This is for sure my last knowing that there is a policy that the hotel has set about DRONE being used on property and not doing its JOB by enforcing to to ensure the PRIVACY AND SAFETY of its Guests/Customers/Stakeholders.

The hotel location was excellent just beside the sea, we enjoy the stay .

The hotel itself has a nice location on the beachside, and the pools are generally well maintained. The hotel and surrounding area are looking very tired however, with much of it needing maintenance or just not being used at all. The lifts are also in need of an update. Despite this, it's generally an okay hotel, the rooms are fine and have good views.

This the best hotel I've been into. The service is great and its location is perfect, it's by the beach.

The view of the ocean was great and daughter was content with the swimming pool and enjoyed the outdoor playground. Looks good from far, but far from good. The pools and surrounding areas are falling apart and leave one feeling disappointed. The hotel has potential but there is no care put into the management of anything. Lifeguards smoke and hang out in small groups and are not friendly. The front desk was nice, but didn’t ask why we were canceling our last nights. They just don’t care.

We loved the stay in Grand Barony Hotel ✨ First, the location is just perfect: sea view rooms, swimming pools and beach with some many facilities right under your nose. Second, the hotel crew were so friendly and helpful that we can’t express our gratitude. Specifically Jay_Lai was the most attentive to our comfortable stay. Thank you so much ☺️

Very nice outstanding service fantastic food

We stayed for 2 night (6th Oct - 8 Oct)the hotel is excellent, Andy the manager and PC the front desk,they both very kind,give us very late check out while we're waiting for the taxi which delayed for 3 hours (till 6 pm)and help us to deal with the taxi driver. The room is big and clean,breakfast with a lot of option (western and Chinese),swimming pool is very good and beach in front of the hotel is clean. We'll high recommended. It's perfect for long stay or even just for weekend.

We stayed at sea view rooms. Feeling humidity and room smell make uncomfortable. Don’t recommend to visit during Chinese National Holidays

The hotel has its own swimming pool and you can spend a day in the hotel. It is close to Turtle Island, which takes more than ten minutes to drive. It is also convenient to eat around. It is normal to have sand in the hotel room by the sea. It is not easy to forget the elevator.

The hotel environment is good, the room has beautiful scenery, and the facilities are complete. The housekeeper Su Kaixin has good service and is very enthusiastic. She replies to messages in a timely manner and actively shares the check-in attractions around the hotel. Parking is convenient. The hotel has an infinity pool and a children's playground. Overall, it is OK

The hotel environment is very good. There is a parking lot downstairs with plenty of parking spaces. You can walk downstairs to the beach and swimming pool. There are also hot springs during the National Day holiday. The housekeeper Su Kaixin's service is very good

The room is clean and hygienic, with a view of the sea, beautiful scenery, complete facilities and equipment. The housekeeper Su Kaixin's service is very good and enthusiastic. She replies to messages in a timely manner and actively shares the check-in attractions around the hotel. Thumbs up~
