前台服務員素質有待提高，微笑服務，熱情接待做得遠遠不夠。就算是續住（網上續定還是前台續費價格差異）多問兩遍就顯得很不友好。

酒店基礎建設本身很好，希望維護和衞生能做些提高，有的設施比如毛巾可以考慮更換一下了，毛巾都有毛邊了，很影響入住心情
