More than value for money and location is very good. Just in front of west lake

The hotel location is very comfortable. Staffs are so friendly, Especially, Mr. Liu who is so nice, he explain and help us. The room is very big and clean. Breakfast is very delicious. We will stay here again when we come to Huizhou.

Heard a lot about this 5***** hotel, so I booked it for the covinient from the bus from hk airport. Not very impressed and certainly doesn't meet the standard of a 5***** it once was. The room is stuffy and a bit of damp smell, although it's a non- smoker room, I paid 66£ for a night, and I requested to place me in a quiet area, so they upgraded me from the 5th floor which was above the Karaoke, to the 15th floor. Nice view of the west lake. The room is big enough but decoration is old, needs future renovation as I wouldn't stay there next time and there are better hotels out there in the area. However, the staff are very attentive and super friendly, after checking out, a young male asked how was my stay, and i said it was OK, it smells musky in the room, he apologised and gave me a goody bag with sweets and a cute stuff toy.

Very good service. Show serious concerns about our request for no smoking room.

I was by accident to book this Hotel, it turned out great. As long as we step in the hotel we have already feel comfortable like at home . My personal house keeper:心欣 is very caring lady , always put us requirements first . I really like they set up the bed for 2 years old grandchildren, it was nice and safe for the little kid . Anytime when I step in the hotel I have no worries to be hungry and less fun . . . The free boarding ticket La make us have more fun to stay in Huizhou , I strongly recommend to stay this hotel when you visit Huizhou . We will definitely come back next time .👍👍👍

Good service, clean, and a great price. Dining is also great, especially the Chinese restaurant! XiHu is beautiful, great place for chilling with your family.

The location of the hotel is right at the city centre of Huizhou. That's I chose it. The scenery from my room is brilliant. Pool is not opened yet in April. The staff at the front desk seems not very experienced and efficient enough.

Excellent hotel with great staff and facilities. Perfect location for visiting the river attractions. We visit this hotel often, as it's the best in Huizhou. Food, rooms, all are excellent 👍👍👍👍👍
