Top 5-Star Hotels in Huizhou

Very good hotel with a good view of the city from the top. Buffet dinner is acceptable.

The location of the hotel is right at the city centre of Huizhou. That's I chose it. The scenery from my room is brilliant. Pool is not opened yet in April. The staff at the front desk seems not very experienced and efficient enough.

It felt like a private room when I checked in before the Spring Festival. The room layout, facilities and equipment were all good. The service staff did not have a drop in quality due to fewer guests. The hotel garden landscape was also maintained well. There was no need to queue for rowing a boat, feeding rabbits, playing badminton and hammocks. The only problem had nothing to do with the hotel. The water level of Bailu Lake has dropped so much that it affects the perception.

After reading the previous reviews, there are mixed reviews. The actual experience after checking in is completely different from that of a light luxury hotel. It is very, very grand. The hotel opened in 2019 and the design is very careful. The construction materials are very, very solid and high quality is reflected everywhere. The lobby, corridors and rooms are basically made of marble and mahogany. It feels like being in the Beijing Military Museum and the Great Hall of the People. There are many rooms with various functions on both sides of the long corridor, which are well maintained. At the same time, it can be seen that maintenance costs are high and difficult, and the occupancy rate is not high. Employees are actively working to help themselves, but the investment should be insufficient. After all, the monthly electricity bill is 10,000 yuan. The Chinese restaurant bamboo products are good and the prices are reasonable. I really like this old hotel and hope it gets better and better, otherwise it would be a shame. Someone commented earlier that the soap was moldy. It must be the plants in the soap.

We had an absolutely fantastic 2 nights stay at this hotel! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed, with a stunning view. The amenities were top-notch, and the food at the breakfast & dinner buffet was exquisite. We can't praise the level of service enough – everyone went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Special shout out to Mia who was awesome at reception. Regrettably, we only captured a video of our room, so I had to take screenshots to post 😫 Either way, we’ll definitely be returning on our next trip! Five stars without a doubt! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Seeing that Ctrip has a high rating, I chose this hotel with my friends for this trip. All measures are very good and exceeded expectations. The hotel is very grand, the location is quite good, there are many parking spaces, and parking is free for accommodation. The room has good lighting, the quilt and bed are very soft and clean, and I slept very comfortably. I chose Japanese cuisine for dinner. There are many kinds of delicious food, high cost performance, and I ate until I leaned on the wall. The only drawback is that it took a long time to wait for the food to be served after placing the order, probably because there were too many people dining. It is worth staying in this hotel at this price and it is worth recommending.

Apart from a small problem with room service we were very happy with our stay. The room had spectacular views over the river and West Lake. It was near a major shopping centre and food street. We felt pampered and relaxed and enjoyed just sitting in the room enjoying the view. Highly recommended.

The room is satisfactory, the mattress is comfortable, the service is satisfactory, the staff are very nice, but the breakfast quality is not good, the buns are so thick that you can’t bite the fillings and they are not delicious, and the Cantonese-style raw porridge is watery and like leftover soup , it’s not raw porridge at all, the juice is blended and very sweet, the strawberry jam looks very good, it’s delicious when you apply it and take a bite.

The room is very clean and spacious. All the staff are helpful and accomodating. Especially one of the managers, Miss Fenny who made us feel like VIPs all through out the stay and did everything she can to make us as comfortable as possible. The massage the hotel offers is one of the best we’ve had. Room service is good as well. One of our best weekend hotel stay by far both in China and abroad. Will be staying with them again for our next Huizhou visit.
