Quite happy with the overall quality of the stay. The room was clean and neat, the only thing is that the front desk receptionist was a little cold.

A superb hotel with excellent services. Room is spacious and very clean. Beautiful view of the West Lake from the room. Everything is in perfect order and well organized. Kande International will be my only choice for staying at Hui Cheng District. All the hotel staff are friendly. Kelberly at the Front Desk is particularly helpful and courteous who provides excellent services making my stay at Kande to be one of the most comfortable and pleasant hotel experiences in China. Thank you and for sure I will stay at Kande again when I visit Hui Cheng next time.

It was my first time in this resort and I enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the area was nice and quiet (perfect if you want to get away for some peace and quiet), and my room was lovely. My only draw back was that the tub in my room was a bit small. I'm already a tall person so it was a bit of a squeeze but still enjoyable. The food at the restaurant was more on the Chinese side but that's to be expected given the country we're in (even at a global hotel chain). If you do not have a problem with Chinese food, then you will enjoy the food. I personally liked the boiled shrimp and a spicy crab dish that they had available for dinner. I'm glad I ended up finding this location on Trip, and I would be back again.

A great location by the ocean, great facilities, loved the swimming pool, super friendly staff however the western restaurant (outside of buffet hours) is super slow, and unprofessional service. The sea is not for swimming.

Excellent place to stay overnight in Huizhou. Great view from Bath to a city , a usually in Crowne Plaza - very poor selection on mini bar. Regular lobby bar well equipped with 2 drinks fee of charge for guests. Will come back again 5/5

What truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were always readily available to assist with any queries or requests, providing us with recommendations for local attractions and even arranging transportation for us. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic experience. The cleanliness, excellent amenities, and friendly staff truly set it apart from other accommodations. Honestly probably one the best hotels I have stayed in China, under rated star wise, staff always friendly and accommodating. Great hotel team for service to front of house.

I added their contact via WeChat immediately after the booking. Communication (in mandarin) was smooth n responsive. Great customer service provided with clear instructions on check in/out procedures. Adhoc request via WeChat after check in was attended to quite swiftly too. Will definitely book them again.
