Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr gutem Service und ETI als Reiseunternehmen können wir auch sehr empfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier einchecken um hier Urlaub zu machen in diesem Land. Das Angebot an Ausflügen ist vielfältig und für jeden was dabei.

Wir waren für eine Woche vor Ort. Das Hotel ist wirklich Toll. Egal ob Strand, Zimmer, Service, Allgemeine Optik echt perfekt. Sehr sauber war es auch. Aber, wir waren wirklich sehr unzufrieden mit dem Essen. Es war fast immer kalt wenn man mal ne Std später kam. Geschmacklich war es auch sehr schlecht. Kaum bis garnicht gewürzt, kaum Abwechslung. Wir würden dieses Hotel sofort zum Stammhotel machen, aber wenn man nach ein paar Tagen so frustriert übers essen ist, war das leider unser letzter Besuch. Wirklich schade, weil sonst wirklich alles sonst für uns perfekt war.

The hotel is old and worn out. Compared to Sharm this is not at all worth considering as a vacation spot. Here is quite dirty everywhere. There is a big cleaning staff, but e.g. the water in the buckets is almost black from dirt. So the do not clean, but spread dirt around. In the World Restaurant the tables are dirty with food and drinks from other guests. And the extra not nice surprise for us (allergic), was there is a lot of wild carts on the hotel and the are also in the restaurant, going from table to table to 'ask' for food. The aricon in the room was smelling bad, like old food bad. Need cleaning for bacteria. The hotel is not a 5 star hotel. It has some nice pool areas, but the rest was not nice at all.

Super Service beim Zimmerwunsch, Nader Labib vielen Dank, Hotelanlage sehr schön und ruhig, ob Grand Hotel, Grand Resort oder jetzt Grand Palace alle haben ihren Charme die ich nur empfehlen kann. Personal macht einen klasse Service, Essen und Auswahl der Speisen waren immer schmackhaft und reichlich, Wirbwerden wieder kommen, Ganz Herzlichen Dank an das Red Sea Hotel Team

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Servicepersonals im gesamten Gastrobereich des Hotels, zudem auch bei Auslastung "ägyptisch" schnell und zuverlässig. Natürlich wie immer, aber meist verdient: Tip hilft immer, angemessene Regelmäßigkeit fast mehr als einmalige "protzige" Summen". Tipp: Schokolade ist mehr als gerne gesehen.

Wir kamen sehr früh aus Deutschland an und wurden wärmstens empfangen .An der Hotelrezeption hat uns ein jungen Mann begrüßt er heißt Abdo und sofort hat alles erledigt und wir konnten nach check in ins Zimmer gehen. Wir hatten eine Junior-Suite mit direktem Poolzugang. Das Zimmer war super und sauber(Mustafa hat unser Zimmer gereinigt, tolle Arbeit geleistet). In der Mini bar war immer Wasser und verschiedene Softgetränke. Das Buffet hat eine sehr große Auswahl vom Frühstück bis zum Dessert und jeder findet hier was. Der Service ist hervorragend ,hier werden die Gäste sehr gut behandelt und dafür meinen ganzen Respekt .Die 2 Wochen sind sehr schnell zu ende gegangen. Beim Auschecken Herr Abdo hat uns ganz herzlich verabschiedet und eine gute Heimreise gewünscht. Für uns beide (70 und 69)war dieses Hotel genau das was wir wollten. Ruhe und Erholung pur. Wir planen schon für nächstes Jahr wieder ein Urlaub in The Grand Palace.

Second visit to this amazing hotel 🏨 this year I actually sometime being much more interactive in the hotel though have a room with pool access and a sea view totally rocked, food was incredible as always. Staff were amazing and I’m going to say I will be going back again. Thank you so much

Meraviglioso! Servizio e personale fantastico! Ci tornerò sicuramente! Se cercate un posto in cui potersi rilassare senza distrazioni e senza rumore! Solo sole, cibo, mare! Hurgada è bellissima e questo resort è letteralmente a due passi dal centro città

hello we are coming to your hotel for Christmas & New Year 2024 we are trying to find out if you hold a special gala dinner event for Christmas & New Year if so what is the dress code please? This will be our first visit to the grand palace hotel, but we have been to egypt 32 times We use to go to Sunrise hotels, but have found this too be too busy at these gala dinner events, so have decided to come to visit a new hotel can you please advise, sorry i have done it this way but cannot seem to get an email address for the hotel anywhere, and have not had a response from Blue Bay Travel/Red Sea Travel
