The price/performance ratio is quite high. The twin room I booked is probably sold out, and we were upgraded to a family room. The resort is very big, but friends who are traveling with us feel that it takes too long to walk. This is not the hotel's problem, but the friend's problem. If you are the kind of person who likes to play in the hotel, it is still very comfortable to live in this kind of all-inclusive resort. We didn’t play the other rides much, because our friends thought it was too far away from their dive shop, so we moved to the old hotel on the street after staying for two nights🙄

Merci cet hôtel est excellent, parfait en tout point. Chambre, accueil, nourriture, restaurants,piscine, plage, et surtout le sourire de tous le personnel. Nous revenons l année prochaine. En précisant que j ai essayé 7 hôtels différents au cours de ses dernières années.

What a fabulous holiday & a great hotel. We booked a junior suite room with a sea view & it was amazing. So spacious & clean. The staff are so friendly & can’t do enough for you. Especially Mohammed, Tarek, Naomi (Animation Team) & our friendly quacking life guard Amir. The restaurants are all excellent but our favourites have to be the barbecue (Mangal), seafood (Felucca) & the Indian (Manohar). Amazing food & staff. The best barman Ahmed is so funny & friendly and a credit to the hotel. The pools are huge & the water is so warm & having your own private beach just finishes it off. Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking at Hurghada.

Fantastic hotel, great staff and animation crew. Amazing food with many options available, main buffet with 6 additional restaurants that you can visit as many times as you like. Pool bar staff are very attentive... and you get a lovely relaxed atmosphere in Thea's coffee shop. Animation like to get you involved without being pushy, especially Naomi, Jimmy and Joe.

Where do I start? Everything about this hotel is amazing! STAFF: From the guy at the gate, to the guys at the reception, at the bars, restaurants, buffet, cleaners, gardeners, maintenance team, animation team, everybody is just great! They all make you feel welcome, a special thanks to our amazing barman Mohamed (manager of the Greek and the pool bar) for the best service we could ever receive , Mohamed the receptionist (who was our barman last year) and gave us the perfect room, Ahmed (hotel manager) who helped us and looked after us, Jimmy, Austin and Naomi, animation team, so funny and friendly, the manager of the Indian restaurant (who was the manager of the Greek restaurant last year) always very polite and attentive. We don’t remember everyone’s name but I can guarantee that the whole staff is awesome! Mediterranean restaurant team went above and beyond to accommodate our request and service is impeccable! FOOD: Buffet , Indian, Mediterranean, Greek, you can’t fault any of them, all good and fresh and chefs would accommodate requests and needs, just perfect! CLEANLINESS: The hotel is spot on, everything is always clean, rooms are great and cleaners are amazing, they are pillows artists, they would create beautiful sculptures with towels and pillows, thank you! Hotel is in a great shape and well maintained, everybody works so hard to give you make you have the best experience and holiday ever. We have been here three times and we will go back next year, we feel at home and it’s always sad to leave as we miss the whole staff. You are all doing an amazing job and we are glad we choose Crystal Bay , highly recommend it!! P.S. Weather in September is amazing, hot and breezy. Thank you and see you all next year.
