Am here now and already want to go home Where do I start It’s not English related hotel the people/staff look at you weird and laugh when they hear English accents It’s hammered with Egyptians and they push in when everyone else is waiting for food and do look at you funny. Towels and cream was stolen from the sun beds so be carefull what you leave while leaving the pool. The manger was laughing when are stuff was taken and said we have to pay for towels. The rooms are standard Best part of the hotel is the the pools I do recommend the spa as yousif is a good top guy Water park good for kids Food they dont carter for English Have to pay for Ali carter restaurants it’s not free like other hotels

After so many negative reviews, on the spot we found that it is a beautiful hotel. Leaving aside a small mess on arrival at the hotel, where out of 26 people of our group, only 6 received rooms at Caesar Dreams, the next day at 12 `o clock we were all in our rooms, in the same hotel. Aside from the awful food reviews, some of our group came home with an extra 3-4 pounds. Daily cleaning, smell of perfume, clean sheets, towels, EVERY SINGLE DAY. We didn't miss anything in the room, they don't touch personal things. Obviously, if you left him 1 euros, you`d get 2-3 extra bottles of water. The water in the pools was extremely clean, they also has a pool only for bikini, without the smell of chlorine. One negative was that the program of the swimming pool - 5:00 in the afternoon, everybody out. And one thing to object - the beach was stoned, needing to use water shoes. I can`t understand why its full of negative reviews, it`s a cheap hotel compered to other hotels in Hurghada, but you have so many facilities here. Near the hotel we got soooo many markets, cheap, like really cheap - full of bags, sodas, and everything we needed extra, beside what the hotel gives us. We were a group of 26 people of which, 90% with claims, but we have nothing to reproach about this hotel, it was clearly amazing, a beautiful memory. We are going back again this year.

Отель, территория, обслуживание всё хорошо. Если бы не 99% отдыхающих арабов и индусов. Столько грязи после их пребывания мы ещё не видели. Огромный бассейн и все водные горки были заняты арабами. Остальные отдыхающие просто не могли пробиться, чтобы покататься с горок. Я своих детей потом просто уже учила вести себя так же-толкаться и не пускать вперёд никого. Хорошо, что в отеле есть два внутренних ресторана-один для местных, другой европейский. В нашем было тихо и спокойно, в том просто кошмар: индусы накладывали рис руками, арабы сразу же разбирали всё мясо и арбузы, как будто в 1ый раз увидели. Пляж, если его можно так назвать, отвратительный. Его там просто нет. Территория с лежаками, обрыв метра 1,5, каменистая полоска и море, в котором всё время плавает мусор, потому что арабы едят прямо в море. Там и пакетики и стаканы и шкурки от фруктов. Анимация только для арабов. Можно погулять за территорией отеля. Там и спасались от бесконечного ора и галдежа. Я не расист, но ещё бы дней 5 и стала бы ей.

amazing hotel,staff very friendly and helpful. tasty food and plenty of fun with absolutely animation team-Ahmed is so creative and positive person and always have a good plan to organise Your day with full of activities. I recommend this hotel in 100%

Amplio Resort pero muy alejado del centro de Hurgada. Lo mejor sin duda el personal, los de recepción y los de los negocios del hotel: las tiendas; la discoteca, el bar de los zumos, también los camareros de los restaurantes. En cambio los camareros de los bares de la playa y piscina y los de animación, bastante regular: no te hacían una estancia agradable. La comida: muy mal. Nada variada y en el restaurante ppal parecía que estábamos en un campo de refugiados. Había un restaurante solo para turistas no locales y mejor. La bebida malísima. Vasos de plástico enanos, sin hielos, no había cócteles…. No era un TI al uso. La playa mala, muy fangosa y a partir de las 17:30 no te dejan bañarte cuando anochece a las 19:30. La discoteca vacía. Es un hotel donde predominan los locales y está lleno de niños. Por lo menos en la fecha que fuimos. Nunca en mi vida vi tirar tanta comida de los platos, deberían de cortar que la gente pueda llenar 18 platos en una mesa para 4, como llegamos a contar. Hay un piscina solo para Bikini, la que es más tranquila.

I stayed here 10 years ago when it was under a different name it was simply glorious. You were waited on so well, not this time though I went back I May 2024 .... never again it was a nightmare rooms were dirty, food was dreadful 😫 not enough seating at mealtimes sometimes u had to eat in a sunbed there were far too many people for the restaurants. You weren't allowed to get food in so I had to snack on crisps and chocolate. When you check out your wristband is cut off and not allowed to eat and drink afterwards and I had to wait 11 hours for my flight home. Very disappointed as I waited a year for this 2 week holiday it was such a let down.

Ocena 4/10 Piekny ogrod, baseny ok, niestety wszystko stare. Pokoje wymagają remontu. Plaża nie ładna, kamienista. Animacje tragedia. Wieczorne show - dramat. Jedzenie niestety tez tragedia. Wszystko pod arabów, monotone, codziennie to samo. Jesli niska cena hotelu to tak,.można brac. Hotel znajduje sie w starej dzielnicy dlatego ma 5*, ale zasługuje max na 3. Zamykacie walizki na kłódki, obsługa ktora sprzata otwiera walizki. Niestety nie udalo im sie dostać bo mięliśmy na kody. A poznaliśmy po tym, jak wszędzie na walizce byl wpisany kod 0000.
