A lot of entertainment everyday something new

From start to finish this holiday has been one of the best. Our room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Our rooms were freshened up with clean towels everyday. The hotel itself and grounds are extremely clean. There are many pools maintained to a high standard. The staff are amazing they have gone the extra mile to ensure our stay was the best possible nothing was too much for them. A few members of staff really stood out giving that perfect holiday experience. Mahmoud Eid and Hamza Abdelnaeam wonderful members of staff. The main staff that have made a lasting impression the life guard Mahmoud Desoky Who always made sure we had sun loungers from day one when we were struggling to find somewhere to sit due to arriving late. And Ahmed Houssin who is a bar man always made sure we had drinks and was very patient with our children. Thank you for such a wonderful experience we will definitely be returning in the near future and would recommend this hotel for a family stay.

moment I arrived at Pick Albatros Aqua Blu, I knew I was in for an unforgettable vacation. The resort exceeded every expectation, making my stay absolutely amazing. Location & Ambiance: The resort's location is perfect – nestled in a beautiful area with easy access to the beach. The architecture is stunning, with a beautiful blend of modern design and cozy, tropical vibes. Walking around the resort, you can't help but be taken in by the lush greenery, well-maintained grounds, and vibrant atmosphere. Rooms: The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from the balcony was nothing short of breathtaking. It felt like a peaceful sanctuary after a day of fun-filled activities. Food & Dining: The food at Pick Albatros Aqua Blu was outstanding! There was an incredible variety of delicious dishes, catering to all tastes and dietary preferences. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the dining options were always fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The staff were always attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Amenities & Entertainment: One of the highlights of my stay was the water park – it was so much fun! The slides were thrilling, and the pools were perfect for both relaxation and play. We picked this hotel based on food reviews as had a bad experience last year on sharm. Basically it is one large resort of 3 hotels, blu, vista and park. You can use all facilities of any hotel and they are back to back , families and noise lovers would best be at blu or park, the vista is quieter and more to our personal liking. Breakfast at park and blu is noisy and like a giant canteen, vista is more subdued, this goes for lunch and dinner. The food is perfectly fine and plenty to choose from although not very adventurous, AI drinks are a bit rank especially the wine, beer is ok though. Main entertainment is in park and outside, the concerto bar in blu has good music in the evening. Rooms are large and cleaned every day including plenty of water supplied . Service is good and staff efficient, also helps to tip them now and again, 100ep goes a long way. Couple of small issues. Desserts look great but taste the same, no ice cream or sauces for desserts. No option of buying premium spirits. Nice hotels but wouldn't stay again as prefer something more quiet and bit more exclusive, however for what we paid can't complain.

We don’t just come for the nice hotel the staff really make the holiday here they work so hard and are amazing with the kids chef Ali in aqua blu does amazing food and is so fast and great with us and the kids and Ahmed houssin is so fast with drink and friendly

Отдыхаю сейчас в этом отеле. Казалось бы все хорошо и номер и персонал, в оновном, и питание, и пляж... одно непонятно, зачем позиционировать себя отелем с аквапарком, если аквапарк нельзя использовать? На входе во "взрослый аквапарк" именно взрослый висит ограничение по весу до 110 кг. Вместе с тем, когда поднимаешься наверх сотрудник говорит "нет, только для детей" Укажите тогда, что аквапарк только для детей. тогда сразу взрослым будет понятно, что не нужно туда ходить или позиционируйте отель только для семей с детьми, тогда взрослые без детей сюда не поедут. Или просто повесьте табличку, что горки не предназначены для всех, или после того, когда дети сьехали, убирайте их из бассейна, чтобы обеспечить безопасность, а не заставляйте людей бегать по лестницам туда-назад и не унижайте, заставляйте их просто спускаться вниз без нормального обьяснения...

Just back from 2 weeks, staff are so great especially Mohamed Jamal at the pool! He was so helpful and very friendly always came over and spoke and went all out to help us absolutely the best 😀 The lad serving drinks around the pool always refilled my water and partners drinks without asking! I did struggle as the alcohol really spoilt my holiday as the spirits where disgusting so drank water, orange juice 😭 Rooms where spotless cleaned daily In fact the hotel was so very clean, constantly cleaning 🧹 We had room 5410 facing the pool and lobby absolutely loved how close we were to everything. If your travelling out from Uk buy spirits on the plane wish I had! Marina was lovely we had few meals there which were so cheap! Lucas is English bar and food! Lovely! This was my 3rd visit to hurghada and I’d go back to this hotel if they made little more effort with food and drink for English as we look after the staff with great tips
