Excellent hotel! Nice room, there is a refrigerator and a kettle, mugs and glass glasses, tea and coffee. The bathroom has a bath and a shower. There is a lot of food (we had breakfast and dinner) and it is delicious! Otherwise in Egypt there is a lot, but it’s not tasty) The beach is good, there are fish. Wi-Fi is sometimes slow, but it is available throughout the entire territory, even on the beach. In an hour you can walk from the hotel to the walking area with fountains and all sorts of cafes along the embankment or right along the beach. Thank you, we'll be happy to come back :)

The room is pretty good, the seaside scenery is amazing, it is worth a vacation, breakfast, lunch, dinner are included, and there are many kinds of food to eat, the taste is awesome!

The unexpected surprise was really great, a huge resort, all meals included, and free flow at the bar in addition to bottled wine. With the invincible sea view and the interior view of the resort, the key is to really relax and no longer have to fight with wits to guard against scams:)

The hotel is superb, the room is large, the sea water quality is high, the cost performance is super high, the variety of three meals is rich, all-day drinks are free! Great! There is also a free child care service!

Awesome hotel! The hotel staff are very enthusiastic, the buffet restaurant is very large and there are many things, and in addition to the main restaurant for dinner there are 7 different restaurants to order, and the all-inclusive cost is very worry-free. Many Russians come to vacation, and the hotel's private beach can snorkel and see a lot of fish. In short, very satisfied, next time I go to the Red Sea for vacation, I will choose this hotel!

I dont normally write reviews like this, but this is what TripAdvisor is for. So, arrival was very pleasant until we were told we gotta wait for the rooms until 2 PM, arrival time was at 8 AM. Ok happens, they have to get the rooms ready. Then the TV didnt work in our room, we chased it for 4 days and finally on the 4th day out of 7 it got fixed. Cleaning service did his best and we left baksis for the good job. Some staff was very pleasant, smiling and nice, but others, particularly in the cocktail bar by the pools was anything but pleasant and we arent those people who go for refills every 15 minutes. Even though we could since it was all inclusive. Simply grumpy every day. Food was mostly good, desserts tasted all the same. Table service nonexistent, go get your meal and drinks and watch out for the birds, especially during breakfast and lunch. Beach was nice, kept in good shape, sea is pure and full of fish, goggles or snorkeling gear is recommended. There are plenty of activities you can do with entertainment team, however I noticed and I wasnt alone, one unnamed member of that team was high 6 out of 7 days. She was completely out of it. To sum it up, I do not believe this should be rated 5*, but rather 4* at best. Many things are not working right and like I explained, the service wasnt up to the expectations.

Super good hotel, super super super recommended, except for being far away from the city, there are no other shortcomings. 1. The main thing is that the scenery is super beautiful. There are slides for adults and a kids area to play in. There are four or five swimming pools. You can also book an outdoor jacuzzi. Next to it is a beautiful gauze bed like Madai. It is with the hotel next door. Beautiful too. 2. The restaurant is super delicious (compared to another chain recommended by a book, this one is simply heaven, and that restaurant is all praised by Lei). There are dozens of kinds of desserts that are not as sweet as Lei, and everyone in the family You know, it’s heaven to have non-sweet desserts on the European and American menu. Most of the dishes are delicious. The pasta is super fragrant, and there are many kinds of fruits and yogurts. In addition, there are two restaurants that require reservations. There is a seafood barbecue that can be reserved, such as the Japanese-style Egyptian Teppanyaki, which is very fragrant but we did not make a reservation. There is also a very exotic tent. 3. There is a long private beach coastline, which the Glass Sea Hotel can have. There are so many deck chairs on the beach, hundreds of them can lie on them, but there are very few people lying on them. The sea breeze is so comfortable. 4. The decoration of the hotel is similar to that of Manxin in China. The room is very new, there is plenty of hot water, the balcony is beautiful, and the glass windows have locks. Some buildings have not been completed yet, so the price will probably increase after they are completed. It is really worth it. The service staff likes to ask for Fengyoujing as a tip🤣, so I gave him the remaining half bottle. The only drawback is that I got bitten by mosquitoes when I went to the beach at night, but bad mosquitoes are everywhere, and I don't blame this hotel. I didn't encounter any discrimination against Chinese people. At least the service staff were very nice to me. I will stay here again next time.
