They also prepare nice surprises for us in the room. 💜Congrats to the gentleman Deyaa who cleaning it - he's awesome. Fresh water is added to the room every day. 👌 The beach is very close, warm sea and entire Pool is heated plus slides. Everything is stylishly arranged and clean. The entire resort is maintained non-stop. The staff is amazing. My wife and I travel a lot, but we have never experienced being served like a king. Hamdy and all the team at the pools and the beach thank you for everything. They bring us towels, prepare them for the sunbeds, ask all the time if we need anything. Mohamed Samir and Mustafa thank you. They love our daughters and can relate to them too. Even in the park for children, where there are slides, they work great with children. 😘 We feel like in a fairy tale. Beach bar Chiringuito - great waiter Mahmoud, takes the order and brings it to the sunbeds.👏🍹 The gentleman Mohamed also mixes excellent cocktails at the pool bar Island👏🍹. The chef who prepares the burgers and fries is also very great. At sunbeds they also serve you fresh strawberries, cakes, cocktails... They clean your glasses... Thank you to all the pool staff. The main restaurant offers different and excellent food. They cook on the grill, they cook you fresh eggs and an omelette for breakfast...The coffee is very tasty. What surprises me the most is their approach, because they make you feel like a king. They bring everything to your table, ask how you are. The head chef asks if everything is ok. In the Italian and Asian restaurant, the food is very special, beautifully served and tastes good. We also met the manager of the waiters Abd. Elrahman, who speaks a little Slovenian. He take good care of us. They also speak English well. They have a respectful, pleasant attitude towards us, we have everything we need for a vacation. Because of all this, we decided to come back every single year! Thank you for everything! We stayed here this past week June 2023, it was an amazing holiday. Pros- The entertainment team are brilliant, Bob, Vicki, Keko and Momento especially. They always came and spoke to us in the mornings. Making us laugh and getting us involved in all their activities. The lifeguards were also incredible. (Ahmed and Ramadan) Helping us move our sun beds either into the sun or into the shade. The lunch around the small circle pool was very good. Chips, pizza, burgers, kebabs. Very good food. Served from around 11:30 to about 3. Rooms were very clean, the cleaner was very good we were on the 5th floor room 1519 very good few of the sea and the next door hotel, nice and quiet in the evenings so would be good for someone who likes to go up to the room earlier in the evenings. Bottled Water was given to us everyday. Pools were kept clean and monitored throughout the whole day. Water slides were very good. Felt very safe and were again monitored the whole time. Food at the al carte restaurants were lovely. However you do need to book these quickly as they go very fast. We stayed up until midnight to make sure we got a space. Cons- Food at the buffet in the evening wasn’t brilliant, however I am a fussy eater, there wasn’t chips in the evening buffet any of the times we ate in there, the pasta station was very good for someone like me who likes plain food. The restaurants were quite warm so I found it quite uncomfortable to eat in. The boulevard burger restaurant was outside and I really struggled to eat here. The only restaurant which I thought was a nice temperature was the Asian restaurant, very good food in there was well. We stayed around what was meant to be the adults only pool. A smaller circle one in the middle, however there were more children in this pool than there were adults. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely return. We had a great time.

The hotel occupies a large area, the pool area is also very large, but unfortunately it is a day to go diving in the sea, come back and have no energy to enjoy. The cafeterias are very rich in dishes and taste good. The two restaurants that need to be reserved have a better taste. The dive center has its own dock, which is very convenient and the service is very good. The price is slightly higher than the outside, but it is worth the money.

Checking in felt great! Hygienic and clean, complete facilities, friendly staff, rich breakfast. The hotel is 2-3 kilometers away from the main commercial street, and the private beach is only for hotel guests. It is said online that the hotel is relatively old, but in fact the quality is there and can be ignored for the most part. The price/performance ratio is also high. It is recommended to choose it!

It was absolutely great there, the staff is VERY friendly there, at the recepetion and also in the restaurant. absolutely well done from the hotel, nice food and also relaxed atmosphere - was great to be there at Christmas and new years eve. Everday super service even at the beach mashrabya! We absolutely book that again! Couldn´t have been better - to be recommendet fully! very polite in the restaurant Mr. Muhammad Jaber ( Mohamed Gaber), exzellent service! also at the recepetion, she was very polite! with very good english. Price-performance ratio = genial!

Facilities: The interior decoration of the hotel room is old, some cabinet screws have been loose, and the air conditioner is very loud even at the minimum wind speed. Cleanliness: Although the staff cleaned the room very carefully and they thoughtfully put paper towels under our belongings, the wall near the head of the bed was smelly and some dirty spots and traces of liquid soaking could be seen. Environment: The hotel's environment is very good, with different performances and activities every day. Service: The hotel service staff has a good attitude. The hotel offers buffets from several different restaurants.
