The location of this hotel is really good, right in the city center, it is very convenient to go anywhere! And the surrounding attractions are also close, so we can go out and play very smoothly. The view is amazing Room was spacious and clean Swimming pool facilities were alright The place gave a vibe of retirement house. A lots of Chinese grandpas and grandmas ruin five-star hotel magic by their rural behaviour. The customer service doesn't meet 5 star hotel grade. We met only 1 staff who was able to speak English. There is no any food service in hotel after 11 pm which is also shame for 5 star hotel

The environment is OK, the service is also thoughtful, the main restaurant tastes good, good reviews, but the store has a dog that is a bit fierce, almost biting my family, it's quite scary, the staff just yelled at the dog (it's not small) to go away, and did not apologize, suggestions for improvement

被亞朵種草了，一進大廳很温馨，居然還有瑞幸，更加方便點咖啡了，都不用出去了，前台服務人員也是很客氣，倒的茶水特好喝，進入房間很是感歎，房間好大，還有落地窗，裝修是原木色的北歐風格，很大氣，更讓人貼心的是阿姨還幫忙洗衣服並且烘乾拿到房間，出差正愁沒帶夠衣服，阿姨們完美的幫忙解決了，非常感謝，值得一提的是早餐，麻雀雖小，五臟俱全，中西餐結合，品種也很豐富，吃到了本地特色幹挑麪，非常好吃，強烈推薦，還有果汁也很好喝，走的時候餐廳服務員還熱心的幫忙打包了咖啡，非常人性化的一點是退房時間可以到兩點，這也是很難得，退房的時候前台還給了兩瓶冰水，這高温天氣正好用的上，很滿意的一次入住，並且離高鐵站也近，酒店旁邊還有大型商場吃喝都很方便，前台小姐姐介紹的館子味道很贊，有機會再來！
