The lobby is beautiful and so is the entire hotel. Really liked our big tub in our room, automatic curtains, lake view, and rainfall shower. There is an outdoor pool, but it was still cold season so it wasn’t open, but I imagine it would have been great. We used the indoor pool, which was heated and had a nice view of the lake. We ordered room service dinner the first night. The prices were the same as the restaurant and arrived in about 30 minutes. Nice job! The taste was ok, not amazing but for the price I won’t complain too much. The staff was super helpful and friendly. They always tried to give me staff who could speak English even though I didn’t need it. They gave us a tour of our room when we checked in and whenever I called the front desk to ask for anything, they brought it to our room immediately. Absolutely wonderful service The only negative I have is about the food itself at the hotel buffet restaurant (the other restaurants were closed at the time so we only ate at the buffet in the lobby). The buffet dinner is roughly 300rmb per person on a weekday and includes alcohol. The choice of food and quality was honestly not even worth 100rmb in my opinion, but I also hold the hotel at high standards. I’ve never seen an international dinner buffet with no bread before. Though to be fair, the majority of guests were Chinese ayi’s at the time and it was off season, so perhaps they adjusted the food to their taste, not that of a foreigner. Lastly, the hot spring facility was good. It’s actually at the neighboring hotel, but they give you a free golf cart ride there and back. There’s changing rooms. The hot springs are actually indoor with a glass ceiling (that you can’t see through). There are a TON of hot springs, definitely more than usual. I didn’t count but I think I saw more than 15 or 20 different pools. My only complaint, and it’s a big one, is people were smoking in the hot springs and it really pissed me off.

The check-in efficiency at the front desk is very high, the room is spacious and bright, the room facilities are novel, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the experience is very good. Xiao Liu called back after check-out and also gave me a souvenir, which was very thoughtful. I will stay here again if I have the opportunity. Check-in at the front desk was very efficient. The hotel is super cost-effective. There are free snacks and hot drinks in the lobby. There are free popcorn to eat. You can eat enough. The room is fully equipped, there is a free multi-function charging cable, and there is a free laundry service. Drying and ironing can be done by the hotel staff! Service attitude is very good 👌 There are also disinfected individually packaged bath towels and towels. Friends who travel on business can be used as the preferred hotel 🏨 Very good hotel!

Come to play in Nanxun, attracted by the appearance of the hotel. When checking in, the lady at the front desk was very nice and the service was good. The hotel is very stylish, and there are many tourists in the lobby taking pictures. The room I stayed in was very spacious and hygienic and clean. I ordered takeaway at dinner time and it was delivered by a robot. It was very considerate. After dinner, I went to the gym on the sixth floor, but unfortunately I can't swim~ The hotel also has a confinement center and a chess and card room. The breakfast the next day was also very rich, with many choices. Parking is also free. Next time I bring my children to play, I will choose to live here again.

The lobby is warm and cozy. The room is quite clean. Even the carpeted corridors are clean. The only downfall was that it took long to get warm in the room. I slept with cold feet because the aircon takes forever to heat up the room. You can’t even heat up the room while you go out for dinner because the access card work for both the door and electric plugs and switches. It’s pretty convenient here, there’s a street filled with food stores right next to the hotel and down the street there are clothing stores, Sephora and a huge h&m

Very new hotel. The rooms are big and clean. Although the bed is slightly small. Overall it’s a comfortable hotel.

Had a great stay at the Narada. Was nice to get out of Shanghai for a weekend. The staff was great. Especially Love who was so helpful. She got us settled, offered advice/tips and made sure we were taken care of. Having the springs in the hotel was a perk. A nice way to relax after a long day. The rooms were comfortable and dinner at the hotel was pretty good. About a 40 min taxi ride from Nanxun Ancient Town. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing no frills weekend away.

The room is relatively large and there are lounge chairs. It happened to be a heavy rain before check-in. The rain from the window came in and wet the lounge chair and floor. It is recommended that the hotel close the windows before raining. After a long time, the floor and lounge chairs will affect the customer's stay experience. The hair rope in the wash basket is very friendly to girls and more intimate. There is an inappropriate breakfast. Two people should be sent to stay. Two pairs, sandals and slippers are best equipped with two pairs, Disposable slippers are too inconvenient to take a bath. The hotel has free parking and is very competitive. Many hotels have no parking lot and are directly excluded.
