The drainage system in the shower needs to b improved because the water is “flooding” and not flowing properly. Additionally, there needs to be a blower in the shower. The food is fantastic and very tasty, however, ***y of the desserts were stale, so I think those could be improved. Also, Vivek was very kind and didn’t hesitate to help me out, always bringing my daughter onion dosa and coffee. Azam and Riyaz services were great during the breakfast. Best part are watermelon , detox and beverages are great!!

Hotel is situated at a good location but can be better in terms of the amenities. The breakfast spread was quite large and diverse but it lacked the taste which if corrected would make a must go option

Location was just perfect., the staff could do with being friendly and smile. They all seemed very serious. The room was clean and spacious. The cafe which was part of the hotel had good choice of snack food. Lovely coffee. Very helpful. The mosquitoes were also very friendly. As soon as you walkout ofthe hotel,there were plenty of places to eat.

It was our 13th Marriage Anniversary and we decided to club our work and holidays at Hyderabad. Must say great reception and care throughout was accorded by the Hotel ***ager Mr. Ashwin Vaidya. It was our early checkin and our arrival tracked. Special Thanks to Madam Sanika Pradhan for her help and guidance. We were felicitated with a traditional welcome with tikka and a shawl on our shoulders. Our Rooms decorated with also towel art and balloons in the room. The Rooms were at its best with welcome amenities and delicious designed chocolates. Despite being a Gold Member, I was offered their Lounge facility. A big shout out and special thanks to Mr. Rugved Dacha, Loyalty ***ager, Mr. Saumik Sur, Rooms Division ***ager, Housekeeping ***ager Mr. Jitendra Yadav and Mr. Pankaj Singh from Housekeeping. Their service was marvellous ensuring us all the possible care needed. Special Thanks also to Mr. Akshat Selat for ensuring smooth transition from Courtyard Room to Marriott Room internally. We also had great food hospitality from Gaurav Mahadeshwar and Tanay Kala. The food was exceptionally great and enjoying at Okra & Bidri. Tremendous and personal support received from Gaurav and Tanay. Both of them were simply fabulous in their treatment towards us. We were delighted to be offered fresh juice and special dosa and paratha were made for us. We are indeed very grateful to both of them for this hospitality. Appreciate Hi***shu F&B from Marriott too. Appreciate the leadership and congratulate Mr. Ashwin for having such a wonderful, fabulous, effective team that are on its toes to ensure their guest comfortable. In one single word Amazing Experience and really thank you for making our Anniversary so very special. I look forward recommending to my friends in Hyderabad to conduct events in this Hotel. The stay was nice as we had come to Hyderabad for a couples trip. The service was great with nice friendly staff...Raju was taking care of the house keeping and his behavior was nice and friendly and was always welcoming with a smile and work was perfect...always made the room perfect...as if we were walking into it for the first time

The location is very good, in the central area of Hyderabad, there is a lot to eat around. The hotel environment is also very good, and the service is very attentive.

The most popular hotel in Hyderabad, although the decoration is a bit old, but the price is reasonable and the most cost-effective. The room is large and the business atmosphere is strong.

Breakfast is an Indian meal, occasionally boiled eggs. Let the chef do some local Indian breakfast, such as dosa. Hotel comfort is good, service attitude is much better than domestic hotels, cost-effective.

Had a very good experience with the stay and with the food and chef Ali khan was very good with the food made it comfortable stay. And room was all clean. Location was at center of Hyderabad and near to metro station and near to begumpet airport.
