Great stay! Room was very nice and modern with amazing views. Stunning and cozy lobby. Shower was not hot enough at times but that was the only slight negative!

The location of the property was excellent, you can enjoy full of glacier view from lobby or even your room. Staff was responsive and always ready to assist when we needed something. Free drinks , cold-cut and cheese platters at evening was awesome. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking great experience of Glacier view and tours.

Very good view and staff service. Free coffee and comfortable bed. Only thing is the cafeteria is only opened until 6pm

This was the best hotel which we booked in our banff trip. The hotel was very new and clean as well as the best view with the glacier.

We stayed at the glacier view room and the view was really awesome. You can see the glacier right from the window. The room is clean and pretty spacious too. We love it!

The location is very good, just opposite the glacier. You can buy tickets for snowmobiles downstairs. Hotel rooms are tight, so make sure to book in advance. There is also a Starbucks on the first floor

The hotel is facing the glacier and has a great view. It is a very convenient stopover to Jasper and the ice field.

There is no lobby, check-in is on the third floor, and it is a bit far to bring luggage from the parking lot. The Starbucks in the hotel is said to have the highest altitude in Canada, and tipping is included in the payment by default.

The location for viewing the glacier is excellent, with shopping on the first floor, dining on the second floor, and accommodation on the third floor. The room has a loft. The glass windows in the front lobby are very popular. You can drink coffee and slowly enjoy the glacier opposite. A deposit of 250 Canadian dollars is required for check-in. Of course, part of it is the tax to be paid at the store. The rest will be refunded, but it seems very slow. The simple meal in the evening is very good👍

The room is also great, clean and tidy, but it's a pity that the heating is not enough and I didn't sleep well all night (covering my face. The 9:30 glacier tour exclusively for guests is great. There are very few people in the first group. The guide Logan wears short-sleeved shorts while everyone else is wrapped up like a dumpling (laughing and crying).
