Staying at Art Paradiso truly felt like paradise. Our room was peaceful and cozy, complete with a spacious bathtub. To our delight, we were welcomed with champagne. Both breakfast and dinner were included in the rate, which added to the convenience. The dinner was a tasting menu that rivaled a Michelin-starred restaurant in quality. I was especially thrilled to find they served my favorite wine, Cloudy Bay, enhancing my overall experience. Olivia, the manager who assisted us, spoke flawless English. She meticulously guided us through all the Paradise City locations we were eager to explore. I sincerely hope to return. Also, I must mention that the massage I received at the Paradise City resort was exceptional, though I regret I've forgotten the name of the therapist.

I went early because I thought check-in was at 3, but since check-in was at 8, I took a walk around the front and looked around. Please check carefully when making a reservation..ㅜㅜ Songdo Central Park was right in front, so it was nice to take a walk. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I liked that the bathroom was separate from the shower room. The lobster served at the buffet, one plate per table, was mediocre, and the raw fish was not very good. And I was a little disappointed that there was no fried food. Still, I had a good rest~

Gym is vibe. Located on the 37 floor and feeling really cool to have a little training there. Tv in the bathroom also a nice thing to enjoy your relax time. Stuff are very friendly and speak English very well. My view from 55 floor wasn’t good but it’s not a bif deal

I was a little disappointed only on the last day: after asking the service center to call a taxi, I was given a ticket and asked to sit and wait in the rest area for 5-10 minutes... After about 10 minutes, a gentleman said that I had to wait in line outside. After queuing outside for more than 10 minutes, all the people in front of me left in cars, and there were still a few people behind me... At this time, a female staff member asked me to go to the queue and queue up again... I asked her why and explained the whole process, and she She also insisted that I go to the back and queue again... It wasn't until I got angry and a security guard explained to her from behind that she apologized to me...

This hotel is very very big. The price is very reasonable for the rate that we are paying. Very big and spacious room for a good price! In addition, there are lots of facilities to be explored. Particularly the Cimer Spa complex, they have different kind of saunas with different healing functions, you will be able to spend a easy 6 hours in this complex alone. Recommend to stay in this hotel for at least the last 2 days of your trip. They serve extremely good food at their cafe too! Must TRY!
