I had a fantastic 3-night stay at M World Hotel and wanted to compliment the entire team for such an enjoyable experience. From the moment I arrived, every staff member I encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. What stood out most to me was not just how well they treated guests, but how respectfully and kindly they seemed to treat one another. It created such a positive atmosphere throughout the hotel and made the whole experience feel even more special. The level of hospitality was exceptional throughout my stay. In fact, if I had one “complaint,” it would be that the staff were almost too nice, which is something I never thought I would say. Their attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism consistently exceeded expectations. Thank you to the entire team at M World Hotel for your outstanding hospitality and for making my 3-night stay such a memorable one. I would gladly return and highly recommend the hotel to others.

Everything was good, just a few minor details to point out: 1. The disposable slippers were of very poor quality. 2. There was a very, very, very distinct sound in the room every 30 minutes, which I assume was electrical. 3. The toilet was in a strange position; the door would hit you when opened (Room 717).

Been here for quite few times. I like this hotel because the location is very strategic. Near to MRT, so you can go to 1 utama by mrt. Also working distance to the curve and ikea. We also love the breakfast here especially the kopi kampung. My daughter enjoy the stay here because of the swimming pool.

We arrived a bit late. Check in was smooth, front staff was friendly, addressed everything in details. Room was okay, with carpet. Super comfortable soft beds and pillow. View from room was superb at night. Parking rm5 per 24 hours for hotel guest, can go out and come back many times within the 24 hours for only rm5. Water pressure is just average (we stayed at Level 12). Water heater not woking well but we dont really need that as Malaysia is super hot outside 😅. Got separated pool for female only and for general people(mix all), which is much appreciated. Overall experience is good and will come again definitely.

The experience was great! They provided complimentary rose petals, chocolates, and fruits. The location is also very convenient, and all the snacks in the mini bar are free. One Utama is right downstairs.

Before coming to Kuala Lumpur, I did a lot of research, checking reviews and opening dates for every hotel. Since I'm a super-clean Virgo, I was really worried about hygiene. My business trip budget was limited, so I chose this hotel because it was close to my client's company and, in my opinion, the best option available. After checking in, the room met my standards. If I can't find a suitable hotel next time, I'd definitely choose this one again. The hotel was renovated last year, so everything from the lobby to the rooms feels quite new. The bedding was also very clean and comfortable, which put my mind at ease. The staff at the front desk were very friendly too. I think the only downside is the location; it's not very convenient, and you pretty much have to take a taxi to get anywhere. Walking alone felt a bit scary as the surrounding area is quite old and run-down, with a lot of migrant workers around. I initially thought about extending my stay for another night, but the slightly remote location made me reconsider. I really did love the room itself; just staying inside the hotel was quite nice. It felt safe and comfortable, and I slept very well.

Stayed at Putrajaya Marriott Hotel recently. Overall environment was decent, but I was disappointed with two issues. Firstly, during breakfast, some of the cups provided were stained and did not appear properly cleaned, which affected the dining experience. Secondly, I booked and paid for a room with a double bed and sofa bed, but the room provided only had a double bed without the sofa bed as stated in the booking. Hope the hotel can improve on quality control and ensure room allocations match confirmed bookings.

Whole apartment with 2 big room, and 2 washroom . Host friendly and welcoming. Cleanliness not bad. Design modern. View from the unit very nice.

If you have a flight the next day, this is a good place to relax beforehand. The resort is quite large with many rooms, but the soundproofing might not be the best. It's difficult to roll luggage inside, so I recommend walking outside to get to your room. It was a bit challenging to find my room at first, as the layout is somewhat complex. As for dinner, ordering takeout is a good option.

We got married here last year and we enjoyed the excellent service, food served in Makan Kitxhen, Tosca, and the buffet for the wedding. Special curations for weddings made it all the more special. This trip marks our first anniversary and we’re delighted to have spend the weekend here again reminiscing our wedding last year. Booked through Trip:com and was upgraded to the highest floor compliments of the hotel. Overall we enjoyed the pool, the breakfast and our time in the hotel. Nothing short of amazing!
