MY FRIEND AND I WERE IN TOWN FOR A CONCERT. I BOOKED THIS ROOM FOR 2 NIGHTS BASED ON PRICE AND LOCATION TO THE STADIUM. AFTER BOOKING, I REALLY STARTED TO DIVE INTO THE REVIEWS. I WAS TERRIFIED OF WHAT COULD BE WAITING FOR US BASED ON WHAT I READ. I CHOSE A NON REFUNDABLE RATE SO WE WERE STUCK WITH IT OR OUT A BUNCH OF MONEY. HOWEVER...WHEN WE ARRIVED, I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED. THE LOBBY WAS CLEAN AND STAFF WAS FRIENDLY. OUR ROOM WAS UPDATED, CLEAN AND NO SIGNS OF BUGS ANYWHERE. IT LOOKED JUST LIKE THE PHOTOS ON THE WEBSITE. YOU COULD ACTUALLY SMELL THE DETERGENT ON THE BEDDING. BATHROOM WAS CLEAN. PARKING AREA AND HALLWAYS WERE CLEAN AND VERY WELL LIT. I DIDN'T SEE ANY OF THINGS THAT OTHERS HAD MENTIONED IN THEIR REVIEWS. I WOULD DEF STAY HERE AGAIN. FOR THE BUDGET PRICE YOU PAY, IT IS A CLEAN, SUFFICIENT ROOM. ONLY A BOUGIE KAREN WOULD COMPLAIN. THE AREA OF TOWN WAS FINE TOO.

Good for a cheap quick stay. Room was clean enough, no bugs or major issues that I usually check for when I travel. Staff was friendly but too quite a long time checking us in. Suggest to have your confirmation check in documents ready it’ll make it a lot smoother. Other than that, good experience overall

I’m not going to say that I expected this visit to be 5 star quality (I’m traveling for work, and needed an affordable hotel so I don’t spend too much of the companies money), but what I wasn’t expecting, was the room to be as dirty and broken as it was. Some hotels may not have the nicest appliances or beds, but they for sure can always make sure things work and that EVERYTHING is clean. This place wasn’t clean or comfortable at all. Here we’re just a FEW things wrong with my visit: * ALL towels had stains on them (one looked like it may have been a blood stain) * The shower looked like a bomb went off in it (covered in dirt and plaque [clearly no one cleaned it]) * The main room light didn't work (I had to use the lamp by my bed the whole trip) * THERE WAS SO MUCH YELLING AND SCREAMING OUTSIDE MY ROOM DOOR, MY WINDOW, AND THE ROOMS BESIDE ME! (it was very hard to go to sleep in this hotel. Most of the night, there were sounds of what sounded like someone moving furniture and dropping furniture all throughout the night) This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The only thing that gave me peace and serenity at night, was reminding myself that I am one more night closer to checking out and going home… NO guest should ever feel this way staying in a hotel
