Staff were extremely helpful when we arrived at the hotel, and always available if needed. Very convenient and easy access to our room. Would definitely use again.

Another lovely stay at this cosy little hotel. Rooms have all you need for a comfortable stay and the local town is very quaint with some lovely little boutique style shops. Food is excellent, although restaurant was closed this time which I was sad about as I really enjoyed my meal last time. Linda is the perfect host. Thanks Linda hope to stay here again when I'm next in the area. Chris (piano tuner!!)

Friendly simple basic stopover place to stay- Okay breakfast, clean basic room with tiny bathroom - great for walkers stopover. Attached to a Chinese restaurant do menu is Chinese and reasonably priced and okay. Just 5 miles or so from Peebles.

Never fails to impress me, amazing work by the team! I arrived an was greeted friendly my the manager Sam. The breakfast was top notch and served on a hot plates. All the staff I met at my time there were friendly and always helped me if needed.

Second time in 2 months we have went for a family birthday meal to receive a warm welcome from Helen and excellent food from the kitchen. Helen and the staff made all the birthday celebrations come to life with her great charisma and fun to compliment Patrick’s superb food. No.1 spot in Innerleithen for a meal out all the family can enjoy 😊

I have stayed here twice, each time for 2 nights. Excellent value, staff friendly and welcoming. Breakfast cooked to order. Rooms are simple, all I need on a trip to the area. Have already booked my third visit for November so I must be pleased with the hotel!

We booked an overnight stay while attending a wedding a few miles away. From initially booking to checkout, we always dealt with Linda who was just absolutely brilliant. I was given a wee mini tour upon check in and offered a late breakfast after missing ours upon checkout. I'll absolutely rebook if I even find myself in the area again!

Stayed overnight to enjoy the Cleikum Ceremonies and to scatter my late Father's ashes. Linda and all the staff were kind, friendly and welcoming and both the evening meal and breakfast were lovely. Recommended

Terrific stay from start to finish. Two of us came by bike and they were stored safely and dry. We had Chinese food for supper and it was the best we've probably ever had. The room had all we needed and it was clean and tidy. As our bike schedule had us cycling early the next morning, we weren't able to have breakfast at the hotel, but the owner very kindly offered to pack us a lunch to eat later on. It was an unexpected gesture but so appreciated. Thank you. Loved our stay !
