The hotel is two blocks away from the train station. A further 10 minutes walk into the main square of the town center. Lots of shops and eateries around. Staff are super friendly and helped to explain the ins and outs of the area and Innsbruck, got us the Innsbruck card, and so on.

Very basic hotel at good location. The lift doesn't seem to work very well. At times, only 3 persons can be in the lift. But this is not a major issue with the hotel. Overall, a good stay.

Walking distance to old town and train station. Wifi is great and room and toilet is big.

Above average room with a comfy bed, the staff was kind and helpful and I appreciated them.

For the price, the service could have been better. Bed was uncomfortable, lots of noise in the hallway. Location is close to the train station which is good. But not the nicest street and lots of construction going on. It was clean, but carpets are somewhat dated.

This hotel has a wide variety of breakfast buffets and a large breakfast area; there is a game room for children on the ground floor, and there are saunas, exercise bikes, lounges, terraces, etc. on the top floor, but unfortunately the opening hours are relatively short. , we can’t wait to enjoy it! The sauna must be reserved half an hour in advance!

The room is right next to the train station, very close. When you check in, the front desk will give you a registration form and ask you to fill in your detailed domestic address. I don't understand why. For one person, the room is of suitable size. There are hair dryers, small refrigerators, etc. in the room. There is no drag and kettle (basically there is no such thing abroad, 😄). I brought my own kettle and asked the front desk. The water in the room is drinkable directly, so I can use it to boil water directly. The only drawback is that I can get a welcome card for my two night stay, but the hotel said that the system had problems and it was not processed until I left, sob.

The room is spacious with a desk, separate wet and dry areas for washing and brushing, good breakfast, and 4 hours of time to meet the needs of most guests. There is a big building opposite the hotel, and the construction of a large crane is quite messy. There is a big supermarket near the train station and not far from the main street. There are many Italian restaurants nearby. Ask the price before buying. There are many unscrupulous merchants who rip off customers without providing invoices.

A very historic hotel. You can buy Innsbruck Card in the hotel. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic and provided us with suggestions for a short day trip to Innsbruck. The only drawback is that the room is small, there is no kettle, and the bathroom door is translucent, which is not private enough.

The room was large, clean, close to the garden and very quiet. It was close to the station and suitable for catching the train. The hotel's policy on children was not friendly enough, so we had to pay the child's room fee.
