The hotel room was simply fantastic, the amenities were standard though and the breakfast in the restaurant was really bad quality, it was varied but the quality of the food was really poor, I regretted booking the breakfast in advance. The hotel staff was nice but we had to remind them to clean the room the first day. Location great inside the old town area.

Very nice hotel and good hardware, Located in the old town enter neighboring some temples , go to the restaurant and 7-11store on foot by minutes! All in all the staff are very friendly and very nice providing good service beyond your expectations 👍👍👍

Spacious room, well equipped and comfortable, but wimming pool and gym are far too small to do exercise. A good variety of choices for breakfast, with real Expresso coffee, and Latte. Conclusion : We don't feel comfortable with it's tiny public spaces, otherwise it would be perfect.

I am not one to complain, but I had an unfortunate situation that was a severe security violation here. I had gone down for breakfast and had intentionally not taken our room key because my daughter had it and was still sleeping. When she didn’t come down for breakfast I asked the front desk for an extra key with my passport in hand. Instead, the staff at the other window (not the one I was speaking to) said “I can just let you in. What’s the room number again?” I said, “2308 - again” since I’d already told them the room number. So she proceeds to take me to my room to let me in. No big deal, right? Except she opens the room and lets me into room 2208, one floor below our room. It take me a while before I realize I am not in our room. My daughter is not there…there a black purse on the counter…someone is reading Catcher in the Rye. Suddenly I realize I am not in my room!! I can’t explain my embarrassment or humiliation at discovering that I’m violating someone else’s space. Luckily the occupants were not there, but can you imagine? I went to the desk and told them what had happened. They offered to let me into the correct room but I insisted on a duplicate key. It costs them nothing. If they had given me one like I’d asked in the first place, it never would have happened. So I won’t be staying here again. Compensation from the hotel = 0. Compensation from Trip (they were made aware) = 0. Very unsettling. But hey - I might get up to 60 trip coins for my honesty.

This is a nice hotel but not cheap. The pool is nice as well as the food. The room was very nice but also not much natural light

Pros - located inside the quieter side of old town - large room size - very comfortable bed - nice design of hotel (external and internal) Cons - limited breakfast spread (only set meals available) - lots of mosquitoes outside - small gym - my room faces the restaurant so can be noisy on some nights - small sink

The service was very friendly. As soon as we got off the bus to the hotel, a receptionist came out to greet us. They also gave us coconut water to cool off and filled in the confirmation of check-in information~ After filling out the form, we had our next itinerary. They helped us deliver our luggage to the room. When we returned to the hotel, someone took us to the room and introduced the facilities in the room. The room is huge! And the sound is great! The surround effect is very good. You can continue to listen to music while taking a shower in the bathroom. The speakers in the bathroom and sofa area can be connected to different mobile devices ~

I am very satisfied with the service of this hotel. There is a Chinese-speaking guy at the front desk who helped me solve a lot of problems. I must give him a thumbs up. I originally read the previous reviews because I was worried about dogs barking. After I went there, I found that the guest rooms had Chinese signs. If they heard a dog barking, the staff would go to the neighbor's house to negotiate. In fact, I didn't hear a dog barking during my 4-day stay. I also like their breakfast, which has an a la carte menu and a small buffet. The decoration of the hotel is also very good. It is indeed a small boutique hotel. Thank you very much for the hotel's service.

The hotel is super decent, the environment is good, and it has a holiday feel. The room setting is well managed, and the best thing about it is that there is a speaker who can listen even to the toilet. This is the most appreciative.

Located in the west of the ancient city, it takes about 10 minutes to walk to Pasin Temple, but there are no restaurants or convenience stores around. The room is relatively large and the breakfast is rich.

I love this hotel so much~ The breakfast is very rich, the service is very thoughtful, and the room is very quiet. Because I am sensitive to light, there is a small sew-up of the curtains, and the light in the morning is quite dazzling, but it is just right for me to get up early.
