The breakfast is great. It's a relatively new hotel, so it's clean overall and the relaxation lounge is good. The only thing is, there is no separate bathroom ventilation facility. Usually, if there is no separate bathroom, there are cases where the bathroom is powered by the power source, but there is none. Even the front desk didn't know much about it, and there was no staff member who told me that I had to open the bathroom door and use the room's ventilation system. It's all good, but there's one thing that's unfortunate. The location is in the commercial area across from Esenyurt University, so dining or light shopping is no problem. Public transportation is not accessible to Istanbul center, so accessibility is limited.

I booked three rooms in total. One of them had a broken air conditioner and no cooling. One of them had a strong odor.

The hotel is good, but needs improvement in the service and especially in the breakfast, it is rather weak

It was an excellent experience and the service was beyond excellent, especially the employee Mohamed at the reception. I advise everyone to try this hotel

Live in a suite, the service is very considerate. The facilities are a bit bad.

The room is good, good repair, location. The breakfasts are terrible. Wifi constantly falls off 0 out of 10 if evaluated. Not a single messenger even pulls. There is still renovation and construction going on. No spa yet, no pool yet, no restaurant upstairs yet.

We had an unexpected stay in Istanbul when we missed a connecting flight. Turkish Air puts up many of its transiting passengers at this hotel. It seemed new and modern, with a comfy beds and clean bathroom. The rooftop pool was open to use, and gave amazing views over the city, but was very windy. We had buffet breakfast (8 kinds of olives, as well as breads, cheeses and cold meats, hot dishes and fruit) and a cooked lunch provided by the airline. We ventured out into the nearby square for coffee and to people watch before being shuttled back to the airport - about an hour’s drive. The only negative: single glazed windows meant an early morning wake up by the call to prayer from the nearby mosque. Not a bad place to be stranded.

The hotel is amazing but very far from the city there are some malls in the area

Breakfast could be improved. I was told from ******* call centre that there is a swimming pool in the hotel but this area and swimming pool is still under construction. ******* should be more truthful about amenities. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful.
