A stylishly refurbished old fashion hotel. Centrally located. Rooms are small but quiet, clean and brightly lit. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is slightly pricey but has a reasonable selection, served in a high ceiling cafe extension with pleasant waitresses. Staff are polite.

It's a bit of a walk from the station, but it's close to the tourist sites and in a good location. The bathroom wasn't very clean, with hair still left in it. The door was also poorly made so water always leaked when you took a shower. It's a historic hotel, but to put it bluntly, it's old. The most disappointing thing is that there's no air conditioning. It was June, but it was unbearably hot. I don't think a fan would be enough in midsummer... The breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. The staff were also very friendly.

The service is very good. A young girl wearing glasses at the front desk is very helpful. The location is great, very convenient to the train station, supermarket, and shopping. Parking is available underground. Downstairs is the central cafe that I didn't drink in Vienna, so I made up for it here. Of course, without the architecture of Vienna, I just drank real coffee and looked at the classic desserts, which I will leave for next time. The facilities are a bit old, especially the chip lock has not been changed, and the key storage service is actually a bit inconvenient.

The room was amazing. It was very spacious, had a walk-in closet, and had two bathrooms. It was an extremely luxurious room. The front desk staff was also very kind. Breakfast at Cafe Central was delicious and had a wide variety of options. It was a short walk from St. Mary's Column, so the location was great. I'd like to stay here again.

The hotel's big key was impressive, haha! The service staff was nice. If you stay for two consecutive nights, you can get an Innsbruck Welcome Card that can be used for free transportation in the city. The hotel is very close to the central scenic street. The hotel has its own great restaurant. The staff also enthusiastically provided us with a kettle. Every day when I opened the window, I could see the snow-capped mountains. It was a great experience.

Overall everything is good, the hotel is clean. A small minus - the Internet did not work in my room, but I needed it. When I went down to the lobby, where the Internet was available, an employee approached me and started asking strange questions: “Who are you? What room do you live in? What are you doing here?” To be honest, it's pretty rude. Of course, no one fixed the Internet and it never worked 🥲

The hotel has a good location, and there are no problems with its facilities, services, and hygiene. However, since I only stayed for one night, I didn't have much of an impression.

Not too far from the train station, less than 10 minutes walk. A bit old style hotel, no air conditioning in the rooms. Hot water pot must be requested from reception. Breakfast is quite good. Close to tourist photography locations
