Overall great experience! The hotel interior and atmosphere was very nice. The hot spring was so good, even though not very big. The buffet doesn’t have many options but the ingredients were fresh. Definitely will come back again.

One of the best hotels in all of Japan, this hidden gem near Tokyo offers an unparalleled experience. The hotel is exceptionally clean, quiet, and beautiful, making it a peaceful retreat. I highly recommend Inuyama for anyone seeking tranquility in Japan. The food is outstanding, featuring local ingredients and offering amazing breakfasts with stunning views. The hotel's architecture is truly incredible, blending contemporary design with traditional Japanese style seamlessly.

I absolutely adore this hotel. It is undoubtedly the most extraordinary hotel I have ever stayed at, and I am someone who travels extensively. The staff members are exceptionally well trained, the design is stunning, the level of cleanliness is impeccable, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. I genuinely love every single aspect of this hotel. The breakfast options are fantastic, as you have the choice of both Japanese and Western cuisine, along with an additional buffet area. Although there is only one restaurant, it perfectly sufficed for us, and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring Inuyama Castle and the Tea House. It was such a serene experience. Unfortunately, we didn't have the opportunity to visit the Onsen, so I cannot provide any feedback on that. Nevertheless, I am extremely satisfied with my anniversary gift and extend my heartfelt gratitude to the entire staff for their exceptional politeness and service. Currently, I am staying at the Intercontinental in Ishigaki, and I must admit that I miss the Indigo Hotel immensely. The level of service at the Indigo far surpasses that of the Intercontinental.

This is one of the best hotel, the atmosphere is nice and mix with modern and traditional Japanese design! Onsen was great and the location is good, near Inuyama castle! The staff is very helpful and nice! Love this hotel and will come back again!

A very pleasant experience. Everything was perfect. We forgot our girl’s plush doll at the lobby and the staff have kept it safely. Nothing to complain of at all. Will definitely come again!

The hotel is 12 mins walk to nearest Subway station. The staff are very courteous. Our standard twin room was very nice and comfortable for 2 people. On-site Onsen was small but good for a short soak even during early summer.
