consider the best hotel in ipoh，clean enough and comfortable，definitely will be stay up again next trip.

Very friendly customer service. Hotel was decent and value for money. Not too far from city centre. Room we had did not have windows which i would prefer.

Most of the staff are sincere and helpful. Just the management won’t appreciate regular clients . The last visit , the management even use a dirty towel for the guest to use

All good, the room, the facilities. The breakfast place need to make it bigger plus need to booking.

Very clean and tidy. Something diff from other hotels is that the wash basin is outside the toilet, next to closet. Have to step out of toilet to wash hands. Do bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste as it’s not provided, only upon request, they will try to give. Gave one when the room is for couple. No windows and there’s a smell when u step into the hotel lobby. But once u are used to it, it’s fine. King sized bed is big but pillows and bed too soft. Have to drive a few mins to get to town area as the hotel is located near industrial kind of area. Many car servicing workshops nearby and no eateries. Overall still satisfied with our 3nights stay👍

So far the hotel room is clean, it's just too dark for me who is short sighted because the walls are black with limited room lighting. As for the sink, it was very awkward because it was the first time I slept in a hotel where the sink was outside the toilet instead of inside the toilet as usual. The hotel also needs to provide a refrigerator. Didn't try breakfast because went out to a more interesting breakfast location. Parking is very spacious. The staff is very kind and friendly. Overall I give 4/5

Love this place. Location is great as it's away from the main road. Quiet place and great hotel for a deep sleep. Also alot of free parking. Will definitely book again for my next trip.

You won't believe how convenient this hotel's location is. In~house conveniences & snacks can be purchased by guests. Safe and ample parking with security details overseeing guests vehicles. It's great! Courteous, friendly & professional front desk attending all guests... Very well appointed rooms, clean & quiet rooms offering a peacful night's sleep. All satisfied! No complains there! Would definitely be booking with this hotell again via Trip.com.

A Great stay in hotel artwork ipoh, if you have your own car there is very convenient location ( avoid from traffic jam) and it located right in centre of ipoh city, very reasonable and affordable price as well. Quite spacious room especially for junior suite. type. Condition of cleanliness is satisfied and comfortable.

The location is near to the Sri Maju bus express pick up point that walking distance can reach there It is near to tourists places like Concubine Lane , Ipoh Oldtown I like the mini simple breakfast and the restaurant decoration The room and bathroom is spacious and nice designs that make me feel comfortable

I’m happy with my stay. The hotel is considered not bad given the price. It is also rather spacious!

2nd time stay here. This time much better. All was good EXCEPT that the iron area was beside our room (#226). Whenever someone uses it, it bangs against our room wall! 1st stayed there in 2023. During cek-in, found baby cockroaches when about to close the room door, lucky housekeepers were nearby so asked them to spray.
