Overall itâs a comfortable stay. The location is quiet and plenty of parking. Unfortunately the room was quite dusty when we entered, our feet is full of dust and a small cockroach at the corner. Then again, for this kind of price we truly didnât expect much. The lobbyist is kind enough to lend us the cleaning supplies to clean the floor again. Toilet is good and everything works well. Bedding is clean as well and there are a lot of electrical ports at both side of the bed for us to charge our phones. Thereâs only a bar and a high class restaurant nearby, so in order to have meals we must drive out.

Location is superb 10/10 , in town centre of Brinchang .
However lobby is located at 1st floor , that's confusing .
Parking is limited below hotel .
You may enquire Hotel for Level 1 below basement hotel or Billion parking mall using special Entry barcode . It's confusing even hotel owner and stuff didn't bother to explain . Its owner attitude is arrogant but staff is Okay đ .
Its really worth staying here at this price , though breakfast is not included .

It's located very close to the Simpang Pulai toll. We checked in to get a decent rest before continuing our journey. The house is clean, with easy access to parking. You can prepare a light breakfast if needed. Overall, it's a great place for an overnight stay with your family.

SSKWe booked 2 rooms. Initially were very happy being given connected rooms. Rooms were clean but the bathrooms were disappointing. In our king bed bathroom, the bidet spray was leaking, basin drainage was slow, water seeps from the glass shower whenever we took showers. For the double single beds bathroom, the stopper for the bathtub was loose & water just couldnât fill up. The bathroom blind was spoilt & cannot open. We feedback to the staff & request items to be fixed while we were out during the day, but nothing was done. As for the breakfast buffet, generally most of the food were very salty & inconsistent standard for the same type of food each day. Worst experience of all, we were charged the tourism taxes again upon checkout when we already prepaid all charges online!

WWhyelseOverall it's one of the best hotel in Ipoh with a very reasonable price. Despite location not as good as though in the town center, u may use Grab to everywhere easily with reasonable price.
Room is spacious with turf club view.
One of the famous Ipoh style cafe just within walking distance.
I will definitely stay here again if the price continue being competitive.

We had a big buffet breakfast the next morning- lots of choice so couldnât try everything. Pool looked inviting but was closed, the gym had several machines but the room was hot so we went walking instead.

IinfamousharithI recently stayed at Regalodge Hotel in Ipoh during my trip back home from a week-long vacation in Penang. We decided to stop in Ipoh to rest and explore the city since I had never taken my kids there before. After a bit of searching, I came across Regalodge, which offered a very reasonable price for a room with a bathtub.
The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Ipoh, close to many popular points of interest like Concubine Lane and more. The room was comfortable, and it included breakfast, which was surprisingly good. We also decided to try food from their restaurant, The Limestone, and were pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious, and the prices were unbeatableâwhere else can you get a tasty nasi goreng for under RM10?
One of the standout features of the hotel is the free parking with a security guard present, ensuring peace of mind. They also have a charging station for electric vehicles, which is a great bonus. While the hotel isn't exactly luxurious, given the affordable price, it definitely exceeded expectations.
What impressed me most, though, was the room itself. I've stayed at numerous hotels, but this was the first time I encountered a treadmill in the room! It was a nice touch for those who want to stay active while traveling.
Overall, Regalodge provided great value for money, and I would definitely return if I need a place to stay in Ipoh again. Highly recommended!

The hotel is strategically located, just a 10-minute drive to Ipoh city center, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly and attentive staff, who immediately made us feel at home. To our delight, we were also offered complimentary afternoon tea and light snacks - a thoughtful touch that set the tone for our stay.
The room was impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a restful nightâs sleep. The toilet was spotless, with no unpleasant odors, which is always a big plus. Breakfast at the hotel was simple but delicious, featuring fresh and satisfying options to start the day right.
One lovely surprise was finding a personalized note in my room after check-in. The management had left a greeting wishing me a Merry Christmas. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it made me feel so warm and happy. Small touches like this truly set this hotel apart. Thank you so much!
Another highlight is the nearby amenities. Within walking distance, we found a Chinese restaurant, a Japanese restaurant, and even a bar and bistro, offering a variety of dining choices to suit different tastes.

GGuest Userthis is the second time iâm staying at this place. the first time was booked via agoda. the room is spacious and nice but floor is dusty. but that isnât a big deal for me. what has really ruined my mood for the stay was the front desk guy. he is an indian man. he called me 3 times on the morning of my stay but i didnât pick up because i was driving from KL. when i reach there around 2.30 pm after i had my lunch, i gave a call to the number in the front desk (which was his number who called me earlier) to ask if can check-in now or need to wait until 3pm. he said 3pm and i was okay since itâs just a few more minutes until 3pm anyway. no one was in the premise at that time which is why i call the number written on the whiteboard. during my check-in, he is complaining about why i didnât pickup the call so he didnât know what time iâm coming to check in. so unprofessional of him to say that the first thing to a guest. trying to blame me? well first, youâre calling in the morning of my trip and you canât expect me to pickup the phone when iâm driving? you could have just leave a message on whatsapp if i didnât pickup the call. everybody is using whatsapp nowadays so whatâs so hard to reach me?
second, he asks for RM50 deposit but my mother didnât hear at first so she asked what the RM50 is for and he said to buy KFC? repeatedly saying to buy KFC. is that suppose to be a joke? we all know heâs just trying to be sarcastic to my mother because that isnât funny at all to us.
during my first time stay at this place on Dec 2023, Mr Poon whatsapp me A DAY before my trip to confirm my booking and my arrival time. it was pleasant and easy with Mr Poon which is why i choose this place again for my second trip but turns out, the front desk is a different person this time and he really ruined my mood during my stay there because of his unprofessional attitude.
