Good environment, provide parking Love the smell of the hallway, the shampoo and body wash provide Definitely will Come back again

It is a very lovely guest house with great atmosphere. Especially, I have to thank a staff who was on duty on 18th night shift sincerely. My grandmother was uncomfortable on that night, we were looking for pills to stop her stomach ache from the reception at around 3am in the midnight, the staff was very kind, he drove my sister to the nearest convenience store to get the pills and finally my grandmother felt better after that.

Nice environment. All staffs are friendly and helpful. Overall is comfortable to stay for relax vacation.

The smell of the hotel is really good and lovely. Restaurant serves vegetarian food also and its so delicious.

The location is easy to find via Waze. Checking in is smooth. The Guesthouse is relatively new. The Quad family room is spacious and comfortable. Ideal for families of 4 to 5. The 3 level building offers ample common space and an open air roof top garden . There are also a nice cafe and a spa for guests. Definitely will visit this guesthouse again.

I have never felt so homely in a hotel. It has achieved its objective as per the name of the hotel. It's a super comfortable stay. We were so at peace in this hotel. We all rested well. The children had their space and we had ours. My husband loves the quiet surrounding. My children love the space design in the room. Each had their privacy. The wooden bathtub generated nice wood smell when filled up with warm water. The soak was comfortable and relaxing. The hotel staff provides good gentle service too. The spa saloon at MEEP level provides 5 stars service on facial and massage. We were impressed with such standard in Ipoh that can be on par with 5 stars hotel. We will surely come back again. The vegetarian food at the Ma Ma Kim restaurant was good too. We enjoyed our stay a lot. We will come back again when we visit our parents. Do up keep up the hotel environment and service. Good job!

Comfort and clean.

The triple room is comfortable and spacious, surrounded by the fragrance of lemongrass essential oil. It has a simple and elegant style. It has a leisure area, free hot and cold water, and the spa treatments are great. The price is reasonable, especially good.

This is a small hotel with a good SPA. I went there on the first day of my stay and it was really good and relieved my fatigue. The whole hotel is filled with a fresh fragrance. The hotel is not big and the rooms are not big, but the planning is quite reasonable and it is very comfortable to live in. On the first day, apples and homemade loquat candy and coconut biscuits were given as gifts, which tasted good. On the day of departure, the child scratched his leg. The lady at the front desk helped to apply medicine and treat it. She was considerate and meticulous, and the whole atmosphere felt like home. There is a teahouse next to the hotel, and the coffee and chicken shredded noodles are good.

The whole hotel feels comfortable and clean. The hotel staff has a very good service attitude. It is very convenient to take a taxi and it is not expensive to go anywhere. The hotel spy may be quite famous, and it is impossible to do it without an appointment
