The hotel environment is very pleasant and spacious, offering good views. It's also conveniently located for reaching other places. The availability of amenities like a washing machine and dryer made it easy for us to keep clean during our trip. The Dyson hairdryer was excellent. It would have been even better if there were USB or Type-C chargers available. Overall, it was a pretty good experience. Thank you!

The service was good fast check in and check out. Located nearby the city centre. Room was clean and tidy. They have Dyson hair dryer, iron and iron board. But the small fridge was not cold and mirror only got in bathroom.

This place is in the suburbs and close to Pasar Ramadan and neighbourhood dim sum and restaurants. The hotel is clean. Room size is adequate, and I love the toilet retro look. They used Dyson hair dryer, and that was 5 star.

Everything is good; but aircond very warm, we are sweating inside the room, aircond already turn to 16 but still very warm, even lobby also quite warm, hopefully can improve the air cond

The hotel is very aesthetic and nice, the staff are very friendly and the lobby has a very relaxing chilling place to hang around while waiting for the room. We are able to go into our room at 130pm.
The room is a bit small but it’s affordable and comfortable for its pricing. It’s also nearby Aeon shopping mall and some local restaurants for us to eat out. Definitely will stay again if coming back to Ipoh.

Location was great easy access to anywhere.. stayed superior queen room, the bathroom it’s half covered.. no blinds.. it’s ok for solo traveler.

Great place, the design of this hotel is very aesthetically pleasing. Hotel was very accommodating of the request for the special occasion. Location is convienent to get to most attractions or central places. Albeit minor cleanliness in terms of dust it isn't an issue at all. TV is slightly difficult to navigate and is not a smart TV so this is something to note. Overall is very worth the price point, highly recommended!
