Great service, amenities, and location! There’s a tour desk that can help with planning tours and the hotel has everything you need to have a great relaxing stay. I appreciated the little things such as disposable toiletries, cell charger, pajamas, slippers, small store, restaurant / bar, etc… the spa and bath is also located indoor along with an outdoor pool. We rented a car which helped get around the island and location is convenient to drive to the port to take the ferry if needed. Thank you for a great stay!

Hotel is located on the south of the island which is about 20-30mins away from the airport. It is somewhat near to the port (where the ferry services to other islands are provided) but it still take about 10mins of walking. Not the nearest in terms of accessibility to bus stops/ports/convenience stores as well.
Hotel has bikes that can be rented but you’ll need to have some application that the locals use, otherwise the nearest bicycle rental shop can be found on the way to the port. Hotel can also help to dial for taxis if needed. Room has a washing machine that works well and the drying machine is usually available for use.
Loved the breakfast at this hotel - from local ishigaki style rice, yaeyama noodles, sorbet to sashimi I looked forward to eating breakfast everyday.
Hotel is clean and also has a working electrical induction stove, fridge, freezer and microwave.
Only gripe would be the location from the port and/or most of the other local attractions located at the north/central of the island.
Generally I enjoyed my stay here and the hotel staff were helpful and kind.

The beach is a little further away, as is the city and the airport.
This can be solved either by public transport or bicycles, which the hotel lends out free of charge.

All aspects are very good, the room is clean, there is a washing machine and dryer in it, which is really convenient, and there is a terrace.
It is more inconvenient for me personally to store my luggage before the check-in time, and the password lock of the room cannot be used smoothly.

Thank you for your new year trip. I completely forgot to arrange a car rental, and it was expensive, so eventually I went to Ishigaki Island without a car rental. Take the bus from the airport and get off at maeiri Higashi, and it is a hotel in front of you. It is the next bus stop of interconchi. It was very helpful because it was free of charge for rental cycle ４ hours at the hotel. I was grateful to have been borrowed the day I checked out. I cycled to Fusaki Beach (laughs) The room was refreshing and spacious. It is clean because it is shallow. Breakfast is free. it was quite good though the number of items was small. Pancakes and jam were delicious (∀｀*) You can walk to Maesato Beach, but it's not very clean, and I was a little disappointed. There was a restaurant in walking distance 々, but it's open on New Year's Day. Is it or not? (￣▽￣;) The cost performance was very good. Thank you.

A few years ago, I stayed at the ANA Continental Club Building, and it was a dream stay in every respect.
This time, I was traveling alone, so I saved a little and stayed in the Ocean Wing.
Since the price is different, it's inevitable that the rooms are slightly different, but is it really okay for the staff skills to be so different?
It's the same ANA Continental Hotel, right?
The staff at check-in was the worst.
Anyway, they always spoke half-heartedly and were not very clear.
They didn't repeat what I said. As a result, they didn't even make the reservation I asked them to make.
I would like to think that the other staff have more skills, but I was shocked because I was excited and had high hopes.
I also work in the service industry.
Let's put ourselves in each other's shoes and hone our skills even more.

We received a warm welcome from the hotel upon arrival. The room was clean and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable space for us to unwind. The staff exhibited exemplary politeness throughout our stay, ensuring a pleasant experience. Additionally, the convenience of having the Ohama bus stop in close proximity to the hotel further enhanced our overall satisfaction. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this hotel in Ishigaki and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel is very kind. From the forest-like place behind the hotel, I was told a shortcut to the sea. It was vacant after Golden Week. There are several buildings, and each room is a type in it. There are no shops in the immediate vicinity, and it takes about 20 to 30 minutes by car to the nearest convenience store. There are canned foods, retort pouch curry, retort pouch rice and simple snacks in the dining space, and you can purchase them for 150 yen each. They also have all kinds of seasonings, which is convenient. Prices are very reasonable. It is a hotel that I would like to stay again.

The weather was not the best when we pulled up in our car but we saw that this hotel would be excellent for a longer stay in the warmer weather. It would be perfect for families. We could imagine how many fantastic memories could be made here. Our room was very spacious and had a beautiful sea view. It had a large bathroom with separate bath and toilet. We played ground golf which we had not heard of before. It was so much fun even for real golfers! We enjoyed the gift shop and purchased the obligatory SPAM bag and some biscuits. The evening buffet dinner was such a surprise . We had a beautiful window table which helped as it was fairly busy. The food was outstanding. The choice and quality and presentation was totally unexpected. We are still talking about it and will do so for a long time. Breakfast was equally as good. Sadly we only had one night here. I am not sure how good the more expensive hotels on the island are but we felt this one was a winner for us.

An extraordinary experience on a tropical island. I recommend this hotel for traveling with child. I stayed here for a couple of nights in August with my first grader. It takes 30 minutes from the airport by hotel bus. We stayed on the 3rd floor of the South Wing. The entire building is on the lower floors, so you feel as if you are living in a tropical village, full of extraordinary atmosphere. I got the impression that there were many guests with children. The rooms are spacious and new. The view of the ocean outside the wiindow is very nice. The bathrooms are clean. There are two washing machines on each floor, and laundry hangers are always available in the room, which is also very convenient. Amenities are simple but well stocked. The children's toothpaste was too bitter for my child. The pool is well stocked, including a pool for kids, and the kids seem to be having a lot of fun. There are several lifeguards on duty, which gives a sense of security. The beach in front of the hotel is amazing. It is deep enough for adults to almost reach their feet, but the water is clear and the small corals? It is clear, and the small corals are teeming with fish, so snorkeling is a lot of fun. Naturally, there is a lifeguard on duty, so it is safe. However, there are many coral fragments on the bottom and in the surf, so it is better to rent or bring marine shoes. After the pool and ocean, there is a large public bath. It is not that crowded. You can wash your body well in the solty. Breakfast is a buffet breakfast at Ryukyu Shintenchi on the first day and at ISHIGAKI BOLD KITCHEN on the second day. It is usually delicious, and the kids are satisfied with the fruits and desserts. For dinner, we reserved an izakaya in town for the first day and took a cab (about 1400 yen), but it was hard to get a reservation at an izakaya in Ishigaki Island during the high season after Corona. Cabs were also crowded, and it was hard to catch a cab, probably because it was far from the town. I was worried if I could really go back home, but somehow it turned out to be OK. We had a buffet dinner at ISHIGAKI BOLD KITCHEN in the hotel on the second day, and it was delicious. There was also an all-you-can-drink menu. Even if you stay for consecutive nights, you may not get bored with only the restaurants in the hotel. The South Wing is a distance away, so a cart is convenient to get you from your room to the front desk and restaurants. You may have to wait about 10 minutes for the cart to come, so it is better to allow plenty of time for the cart ride. The hotel staff is also very responsive. I am ashamed to say that I was careless and left without my card key and was unable to get into my room, but I called the front desk and they brought it right back to me. I called the front desk and they brought it to me right away. They responded with a smile even though it was a busy time of day. I really appreciated it. TTorstiIt is simply an amazing place to stay. The hotel is small which is what we like. The rooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I am not sure about their English as me and my wife speak Japanese but there was 1 staff that looked Nepali. The room was immaculately cleaned every day. Beautiful empty white sand beach right out the front. Not the best for snorkeling as it’s mostly sand bottom but great to swim and watch the night sky. We had a car which is necessary as it’s 25 minutes drive from the city and we wanted to explore the island anyway. Small but beautiful spa with ocean view on the top floor. Me and my wife will definitely stay in this hotel again.

GGuest UserThe location is in the city center, the design is very strong, there is an atrium office area on the first floor and the second floor, the facilities are also very complete, the kitchen and laundry facilities are complete. The front desk staff was warm and friendly, but the fly in the ointment was that there was no toilet in the twin room, there was no slippers in the room, the bedding was not very good, the mattress was too soft, the curtains were not shaded, and it felt uncomfortable when sleeping. People who pay more attention to the quality of sleep may be a bit uncomfortable, which needs attention. Overall, it is more suitable for young people who travel and come out to settle down.

Great location. About two minutes walk to the port for island ferries. Most of the main shops and restaurants are also within a short walking distance. All rooms overlook the sea and have a terrace or balcony. The view is wonderful on a sunny day. Bedroom not huge but the balcony makes up for that. All the usual features are available including AC, kettle and hairdryer. Some areas seem slightly dated but it was excellent value at the time we booked (off season/ COVID) Reception is on the ground floor but the lift is external so you can come and go without passing reception. Possibly because of COVID, only a minimum cleaning service at the time we visited. Instead, we got two vouchers each day to collect a drink from reception. Enjoyed the beers more than a cleaning service! Staff at reception were very pleasant and helpful. There are also a few bikes which guests can borrow. Location is the clincher here but overall a really good stay.

GGuest UserThe resort hotel in the Bon Festival season is a surprising price, so I took care of Mr. Hare House for a very conscientious price ３ night. Ishigaki Island is not a big island, so if you have a rental car, you won't feel the inconvenience of the location. I went sightseeing on a remote island from Ishigaki Port every day. It's about 35 minutes by car to the port. The room is clean and the floor is tiles and comfortable. Because the surroundings are natural, there is no way to get some insects. There are many lunch shops around, but there are very few restaurants open for dinner, so it is recommended to make a reservation or eat in the city before returning.

吴吴The room is very small, the facilities are very old, the front desk lady is good in English, giving advice on various trips and attractions. The location is very good, go out to eat, go for five minutes is the drug store. Going to the dock is also very close, about 5 minutes. Very suitable for backpackers or self-driving, there is still a distance from the attractions. Recommended Chuanping, the beach is particularly beautiful, you can make an appointment to go diving or snorkeling in advance, there should be high visibility.

離島バスターミナル横なので、路線バスでの移動を考えている人は便利です。雨が降っても最短距離で行けます。人気の居酒屋ひとしやさよこの店も歩いて行けます。 古くホテルは生理的に無理なので、一番新しい美崎館を指定しましたが、部屋がカビ？湿気？独特の匂い（南国では仕方ないのでしょうか？）が辛かったです。窓を開けると虫が入るかもしれないし。 朝食は郷土料理もありましたが、パンの質が悪かったです。 大浴場を楽しみにしていましたが、年季が入ったお風呂でした。なぜか洗い場や浴槽下に小石？異物があって痛かったです。お湯がぬるくて気持ちよくなかったです。入り口の鍵付きのロッカーにルームキーを入れて入りましたが、おばあさんはそのロッカーに自身のスリッパを入れて鍵をかけていました。あのロッカーは靴箱ですか？（脱衣場には鍵がかかるロッカーはありませんでした）説明が書いていないので、何が正しいのか分かりません。気分が悪かったです。自分の部屋のバスタブに好みの入浴剤を入れた方がよかったです。 とはいえ、立地条件は良いので是非、大浴場のある棟を立て直して綺麗にすれば、一段とホテルの格が上がるのになぁと感じました。

RRIEIt is suitable for both short and long stays. The location is a bit far from the city, but it is just on the side of the ANA Continental Ishigaki (walk ３ minutes), so the bus from the airport is convenient and the bus to the city is convenient. Also, I saw the fireworks at night in the ANA Intercontinental, and enjoyed the new year's day and the new year's day fireworks!
The basic amenities were firm and the bed was very good! The bathtub in the bath was also large and it was good to put the foot on it!
I booked early and stayed across the end of the year and the beginning of the year, but I was able to stay at a break that did not exceed 18000 yen for ３ nights!
I bought a ５ day Michikusa Free Pass (2000 yen) because the car rental decreased sharply in the corona and it was difficult to book! (１ days and 1000 yen) Because it exceeds 500 yen only by airport round trip, it was possible to go to Kawahira Bay via the city, and it is a fairly good ticket! In the present age when you can search for bus time with a map app, there was no inconvenience to sightseeing.
The bus stop, which is not an ANA continental stone wall, is in front of Tokushukai Hospital (less than 10 minutes walk from the hotel). It was also an airport line, so it was convenient to go to the airport & to the city!

GGuest UserThe room is large, there is a microwave oven and sink, but there is no stove. I was surprised to smoke in the room. The bath has no bathtub and only shower.
