Super well located, conveniently in front of bus terminal and port. Critics are not so generous but definitely was way beyond much expectations, was really a good stay. Room is large, has many in house facilities as well, and front desk also quite helpful.

I thought we were going to have a heart attack when we opened the door - apart from the stained and dirty carpet and the moldy tiny bathroom, the bed was in a corner with dirty sheets. We left the hotel even though we had already paid for it! How can they still offer rooms like that in this day and age!

Overall, it was below a business hotel. I don't know why it's considered a 4-star hotel. ①. The pump in the large bath broke in the early hours of the 5th, so we couldn't take a bath... I can understand that it can't be helped, but there was no alternative service offered. ②. The customer service was so bad that I can't believe it's in Japan. Check-out at 11:00. However, at 9:00, the bed-making staff started making a fuss as if they were telling us to get out quickly. If we showed our faces, they glared at us. Of course, there was no consideration to say "Good morning..." or "Enjoy...", and it seemed like they were urging us to leave the room with eyes like strangers. ③. The front desk got my last name wrong at check-in and check-out, and when I told them strongly, "This hotel was the worst!", they immediately became defiant. They didn't even ask me why. ④. There was nothing special about the breakfast, which was surprising. Only the milk was delicious. ⑤. The amenities were all cheap, and we had to take them from the front desk. What is a 4-star hotel? It doesn't really matter whether the room is good or bad. There was not even a trace of hospitality in the hotel. It was a really rare cheap hotel.
