We stayed at Ritz to celebrate my father’s 73rd Birthday. They are very generous and provided complimentary cupcakes and wine. Definitely the best place to celebrate special occasions! Good food, excellent service and super friendly staff.

This hotel is a relatively good hotel in San Francisco. It is relatively old, the hotel staff are very polite, and the hotel is in a good location, right next to the Chinatown district!!!

The old hotel has been renovated. It's not bad. It's close to Chinatown, but the uphill and downhill steps are hard on the knees. The receptionist is very welcoming. Valet parking is $86 a night, which is about the same as in New York.
