Stayed for 3 nights and was very satisfied. 1. In the middle of the airport and the city, it is very suitable for renting a car here, free parking at the door of the room, very quiet at night. 2. One-bedroom and one-living townhouses, as well as a separate outdoor yard with bathtub where you can engage in barbecue, the space is very large. 3. The newly opened hotel is very clean and hygienic. The bathroom has a bathtub and 6-piece Shiseido. 4. The hotel’s restaurant has a Japanese set meal for 1,000 yen, which tastes good.

Great service, amenities, and location! There’s a tour desk that can help with planning tours and the hotel has everything you need to have a great relaxing stay. I appreciated the little things such as disposable toiletries, cell charger, pajamas, slippers, small store, restaurant / bar, etc… the spa and bath is also located indoor along with an outdoor pool. We rented a car which helped get around the island and location is convenient to drive to the port to take the ferry if needed. Thank you for a great stay!

This was a very pleasant spot. I had a massive room, very well appointed, with a pleasant, shaded veranda and a nice view through trees to the beach (very close!). The pool area had amazing views across to nearby islands. The staff were helpful, but invisible when not needed. I wish I could have stayed longer.

The scenery is good and the service is exhausted. My husband is also very satisfied with the coffee service in the lobby and the ice cream after the bath in the large communal bath. The three restaurants for breakfast and dinner are very delicious. It is a big hotel, but there are two elevators and coin laundry is enough. There is no porter service, and if you only change towels for room cleaning, you can get a ticket for 1,000 yen per night, and the cospa is good. When I asked for a wheelchair rental, the Welfare Council rented it for free, which helped my elderly mother move. I can't swim on the beach, but it doesn't matter because I dive. It was the best hotel that was clean and easy to spend.

This hostel, although a bit far from the station, but the accommodation experience is great, come to Shilu tour, just walk to see, if you don't mind walking a few more steps, you can consider staying at this hostel, there is a kitchen in the common area, you can simply cook, Tea can be taken out of the refrigerator and drunk at will. There is a tatami area for guests to watch TV. There are many books for everyone to read, um you need to understand Japanese. Very clean hostel, very organized.

I had chosen a room where I had to take off my shoes because I was traveling with a child, but I was asked to change rooms the day before, so I was a little disappointed. Another upgrade? The breakfast buffet didn't have a tray, so I had to go back and pick it up several times even though I had to keep my kids waiting. There were no cups for children, so I was worried that the Ryukyu glasses would break them. The rooms are clean and have no complaints.

The hotel was new so we were able to use it comfortably. We were able to use the restaurant next to ANA Interconchi and we were able to lend us a towel when we went to the beach. You can also rent a bicycle, so you can go to nearby cafes and supermarkets. However, there is a big problem, and it is a reservation system. The official site has about 15000 yen per night, and when I tried to make a reservation, it was one person, and it was about 30000 yen for 1 room 2 people. I thought it was only GW, so I booked for 2 nights and paid about 60000 yen in total. However, because the mail was described as one number of guests, it was confirmed by the phone the day before, and it was said that it was okay because it was a price of one room, and two people and one person were also charged. When I checked in the next day, I was told to pay another branch. I would charge 60000 yen only by the false description of the number of guests 1 without confirming that I paid 60000 yen for 2 nights! Is this a hotel that costs 60,000 yen per night? On another day, there was a couple who said that I had booked it in Rakuten travel, and there was no reservation on the hotel system, I couldn't confirm, and the name was different? I was told to go back. It was awkward and poor outside. Isn't they also booked properly? I want you to review the system again.

The hotel stayed for the second time this year. It can be an off-season to help us upgrade to the Misaki Museum (new hall), which is the latest in the middle of this year. It is newer than the East Hall and the equipment is good. The location is really convenient. The parking lot can only park more than a dozen cars, and I really hope to increase the parking space.

The staff exhibited exemplary politeness throughout our stay, ensuring a pleasant experience. Additionally, the convenience of having the Ohama bus stop in close proximity to the hotel further enhanced our overall satisfaction. AAnonymous UserIt was a customer service, location, breakfast and great satisfaction. I could walk to Ishigaki port and downtown, and on the day I used it, I saw fireworks from the window of the room and it was beautiful. The staff were kindly responded to the questions. I could eat breakfast slowly if I shifted my time. It was not free. The parking lot was just one vacant and I was able to stop in the hotel. However, the drainage of the bathtub in the bathroom blows out to the toilet side and smelled and wiped the back cleaning, and I made one star negative. Also, when you go to Ishigaki Island, you will use Bessel Hotel Ishigaki Island.

OoscarsiljebrandNice and modern hotel with big rooms with two seperate (did not find one big bed) beds, big shower room, nespresso coffe, air condition but with uncomfortable quilts in the beds. You got 1000 JPY to buy for at the hotel area if you didnt want cleaning, nice environmental aspect. We stayed here in the first week of jan. The bech was really nice, about 20-22 degrees in the ocean and 23 in the air and very nice staff at the Beach station that offered beach watch/guard and several different ocean activities. The sunset was beautiful and the ocean water so clean. Good sun beds. Free shuttle bus from airport and about 1.500 JPY, 20 min, taxi ride to the small city of Ishigaki. The food was really nice, both breakfast and dinner buffet. The dinner buffet was somewhat expensive. 5500 JPY. Generally very friendly staff and plenty of staff working there The bad aspects that lowers the overall grading down to almost 3/5 was that the pool area and the pool bar was closed even though the weather was nice. Also, 3 out of 5 restaurants was closed giving less options for eating! This was low season, but not reason enough for closing the pool area. The experience would have been so much better with open pool and pool bar. We could get late check out but to a price of 2000 JPY per hour (!), you might have thought that could have been free because of the low season and the low amount of guests. All over the hotel the english translations was limited and another facilty you thought should have existed but didnt was training facilities. Overall a nice place on a really nice location with some important service aspects to improve.

GGuest UserThe location is in the city center, the design is very strong, there is an atrium office area on the first floor and the second floor, the facilities are also very complete, the kitchen and laundry facilities are complete. The front desk staff was warm and friendly, but the fly in the ointment was that there was no toilet in the twin room, there was no slippers in the room, the bedding was not very good, the mattress was too soft, the curtains were not shaded, and it felt uncomfortable when sleeping. People who pay more attention to the quality of sleep may be a bit uncomfortable, which needs attention. Overall, it is more suitable for young people who travel and come out to settle down.

The room is very small, the facilities are very old, the front desk lady is good in English, giving advice on various trips and attractions. The location is very good, go out to eat, go for five minutes is the drug store. Going to the dock is also very close, about 5 minutes. Very suitable for backpackers or self-driving, there is still a distance from the attractions. Recommended Chuanping, the beach is particularly beautiful, you can make an appointment to go diving or snorkeling in advance, there should be high visibility.

RRIEIt is suitable for both short and long stays. The location is a bit far from the city, but it is just on the side of the ANA Continental Ishigaki (walk 3 minutes), so the bus from the airport is convenient and the bus to the city is convenient. Also, I saw the fireworks at night in the ANA Intercontinental, and enjoyed the new year's day and the new year's day fireworks! The basic amenities were firm and the bed was very good! The bathtub in the bath was also large and it was good to put the foot on it! I booked early and stayed across the end of the year and the beginning of the year, but I was able to stay at a break that did not exceed 18000 yen for 3 nights! I bought a 5 day Michikusa Free Pass (2000 yen) because the car rental decreased sharply in the corona and it was difficult to book! (1 days and 1000 yen) Because it exceeds 500 yen only by airport round trip, it was possible to go to Kawahira Bay via the city, and it is a fairly good ticket! In the present age when you can search for bus time with a map app, there was no inconvenience to sightseeing. The bus stop, which is not an ANA continental stone wall, is in front of Tokushukai Hospital (less than 10 minutes walk from the hotel). It was also an airport line, so it was convenient to go to the airport & to the city!

GGuest UserGolden Week 4 days trip to Ishigaki Island. I spent 2 nights on the first and last days at Route Inn Grandia Ishigaki and 2 nights at a hotel on Iriomote Island. I returned to the third night, so I left my suitcase at the front desk and went to Iriomote Island. This is a very convenient way to stay on a remote island lightly. Arrived from the airport by hotel shuttle bus (very comfortable with a bus) The welcome drinks were Dotor Coffee, Sanpi Tea, and lemon water in the lobby, and I used them many times. It was good that this hotel had a large communal bath and was available in the morning. The staff was also very kind. It was a good trip.

JjapanairsystemThe location is the best. It is located in the shopping street and 10 minutes walk to the remote island terminal. Location is about 5 minutes walk to the bus terminal. I think that Emikusu is a good value for money in the lodging inn of Ishigaki Island, which has become much higher. However, the facility service is priced. If you want cleanliness and comfort, you should make another inn. And the best attention point. There is a cockroach! It is almost every day! It is also an extra large cockroach in Okinawa. I have stayed many times in the past, but only the cockroach can't get used to it!

GGuest UserThe room with a relaxing clean and liberation was very relaxing. Breakfast is buffet style and has many menu. The bath was also spacious and the check-out was slow at 11 o'clock, so I could feel more value than the price. Also, I didn't use it because the check-in time was late, but I thought that there was a large bath and I would like to use it next time. The distance from the remote island terminal is about 2 km. It was about 20 minutes to try on foot. There are Family Mart and Max Value nearby, so I think people who are not scheduled to go to downtown can be satisfied in the neighborhood. The receptionist was kind and cozy hotel.
