One of the best all-inclusive resorts we've ever stayed at. It's clean, walkable, safe, and simply gorgeous. My daughter had an absolute BLAST in the kid areas, and mommies were able to enjoy our private pool while baby napped. A fantastic way to relax and unwind. Could not recommend it more.

Excellent stays in the past 2018, 2021, and 2022. We are planning to stay in 2 weeks. The service prior to our upcoming trip is not the same. 1. Rewards program has been paused as its “undergoing a system change”. Since 2022! I am unable to speak to anyone who is versed in the rewards program. I am unable to get credit for 2 of my past stays and thereby unable to partake in the benefits associated with it. I also asked about the criteria’s that need to be met for each level. I was told levels don’t have any criteria’s, an account is updated on a whim. Excuse me, what? 2. We are eligible for a Free Room upgrade at check in per our rewards level. This means an upgrade to the next level of room type not an upgrade to club for the same type of room (different from what I’ve been told in the past). The next upgrade level for our room would have 1 less bed! Make it make sense! 3 . We have various friends families joining last minute. 16 people all together now. They said large group reservations only. Come to find out only if we had booked as a group. This is quite frustrating given that we’ve had much more knowledgeable and accommodating service in the past. It seems like they are cutting back on the above and beyond personal service and customer retention.

o Malheureusement je n’ai pas son nom mais l’homme de chambre qui reproduit des animaux en serviettes nous a séduit chaque jour avec ses œuvres et le ménagé était toujours impeccable.
o o Le seul bémol : un « trainee » s’est occupé de notre accueil. Nous suggérons que les « trainees » soient accompagnés lors de leur tache car nous n’avons reçu aucune information sur le resort, les services, les options, la plage, les installations ...Rien sauf de nous dire de télécharger l’application. Une chance Francesco (bell man) nous avait donné un survol en amenant nos bagages. Je devais avoir un surclassement de chambre qu’il n’a pas effectué, a supposémement inscrit une note au représentant ******* pour qu’il s’en charge mais personne ne nous a jamais contacté à cet effet ou fait un suivi.

Lovely spot. Very clean, excellent food, lots to do. Most of the staff were very friendly. Only suggestion for improvement is to open the buffet for lunch earlier for the families with kids.

Special shoutout to Margarito at the buffet for his exceptional service - he truly went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable.
