Casa Sirena Hotel Isla Mujeres

AMAZING house!!! There was 16 of us, and the house was perfect!!! Beautiful location! We definitely enjoyed the rooftop pool/bar!!! HIGHLY recommended!!! If you are looking to have a great time with a large group of people this is the place you NEED!!!

WOW, Now this is quite the place. Deluxe accommodations, sun deck, rooftop bar, 2 pools, full laundry, chefs kitchen and a 3 person staff ( if needed ). 1 minute , I mean 1 minute walk from every vacation desire you will ever need. Beach clubs, restaurants, shopping, message’s and the ferry landing. Thank you to our lovely hosts, Kirk and Chris for an impeccable stay.

I've been to this hotel numerous times...it never fails to impress. In this visit I marveled at the fantastic bedding, mattress and pillows...this is the best quality sleep solution of any hotel that I have stayed at this last year (2021). The quality and cleanliness of the sheets and pillows made me feel like this is the first time anyone had slept on them. I felt like the sheets and pillowcases were replaced every day. This is just one detail of many that you will be pleased with when you visit. You'll rave about this hotel over and over to your family and friends.

What a great time we had on our 4th visit to Casa Sirena and Isla Mujeres. There is a reason why it’s the #1 BnB in Mexico and #9 in the World. Fabulous location, Fabulous Host and Staff, wonderful Guests every time we’ve visited, and of course the famous Rooftop Happy Hour where you get an opportunity to mingle with the Host and guests, and you never know when you’ll be treated to Music, Magic or who knows… Always a wonderful escape from everyday life! I have a lump in my throat and tears in my eyes as I write the final review for Casa Sirena and my friend Steve. 17 years of hotel perfection is the definition of this glorious and gracious little B and B. Steve is the kind of person you want to get to know. He's charming, smart, polished, well traveled and interesting. He is the life and soul of Casa Sirena. He created an atmosphere at the hotel where people from all walks of life have breakfast and happy hour together and leave as lifelong friends. In this modern age of social media and isolation, it is a true gift indeed. We have stayed a total of 36 times with Steve and his incredible staff. They have become family to us and we will miss our happiest place terribly. Thank you for making such a special sanctuary for us in this busy life. We can't wait to see what you do next Steve!

Best hosts of the sunset! Their well designed rooftop lounge is where you can meet new people - if you want to - dance with friends & enjoy simple appetizers with delicious margaritas. Kept impeccably clean & our belongings felt very secure.

This is probably my 20th trip to Isla and by far my best. Everything was so well curated and we felt so taken care of by Stephen and his amazing staff. They made us feel like they wanted us to enjoy every second of our stay, and went out of their way to make that happen. Check in was a breeze, the room (and most importantly the bed!) was very comfortable with spectacular patio views, breakfast every morning was amazing, the plunge pools are clean and refreshing, and the sunset happy hour was the highlight of our trip. Stephen is so fun and helpful with recommendations, it’s like hitting the easy button. We are already planning our next trip and can’t imagine staying anywhere else! We were properly spoiled.

This is a MUST STAY place. Everything was absolutely on point. The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning up sand dragged in form the beach and creating little towel figures to greet me at the end of the day. Breakfast was amazing- the kitchen staff do an incredible job preparing and presenting the dishes. Happy hour was the most enjoyable- it actually facilitated strong friendships amongst a bunch of losers!! I highly recommend it. Margaritas, snacks, and good conversation. what more could you want? The location is perfect- right in town, close to the beach, and a great restaurant right across the street. Steve was a wonderful host, bartender and friend facilitator. I will definitely be returning!

It is always a treat for us to begin exploring Mexico by either starting or ending the adventure with a week at Casa Sirena on Isla Mujeres. Either way, a visit there primes you for your visit to Mexico or it evens you out as you get ready to go back home. The owner and staff are exceptional and pamper you with outstanding breakfasts, clean rooms every day, legendary hours, and for anyone who chooses to spend their day at the hotel, two excellent soaking pools, one on a rooftop terrace with views of the turquoise waters of the Caribbean and the waters between mainland Cancun and the island. Casa Sirena is a true gem. It’s the main reason why we keep coming back to Isla Mujeres.
