Our first day started with delay as Hotel administration didn’t send correct phone number to the driver for our pick up from airport. As the driver explained and showed us later, the hotel didn’t even bothered to reply to his messages. When we came to hotel almost 2hrs later, reception staff was extremely rude, we felt like we are not good enough to stay there As most of their visitors were business people doing conferences in their hotel. And even when mentioned about delay of pick up from airport, they didn’t seemed bothered at all. After we checked in, no-one didn’t gave any map or information about hotel, didn’t have a proper instructions where everything is and what is included. We needed to look and research everything ourselves. Room was nice and clean, beautiful sea view. There are 4pools, two adult two kids, the main pool is nice and spacious, other one needs a good clean or at least filtration to keep it fresh. Hotel from inside was nice and modern, breakfast and dinner served with fairly decent meals. Hotel grounds were nice. Although the hotel from outside looks like in need of massive renovations we enjoyed the views and pool area. Massive gorgeous mountains around. If you forgot pool/beach towels, you can BUY them from reception for €2.50 and you dont need to give them back. Pool bars and lobby bars were struggling with cocktails as all the time they either don’t have something or they don’t do them even though there is list of the drinks and it’s marked in there and it is quite pricey. Overall, we had pretty nice break from day to day basis, but hotel staff need a massive customer service training and renovation of outside.
