It is a good hotel. The reviews of the place are legit. The hotel staff are helpful and extremely polite. We had a good experience overall with clean rooms, great shower and water pressure. They also help with the luggage om arrival and departure using the covered golf cart in case there is rain. Great location

There are more pros than cons, but there are cons. The hotel is composed of a number of independent houses, located on a public street, i.e., to go from one room to another or to the reception/restaurant, you have to go out to the street and go into another building. It is not cozy at all. The hotel is located at a stone's throw from the Topkapi Palace, the Hagia Sofia Mosque, the Blue Mosque and the Water Cistern. You walk less than 3 minutes to get to any of them. On the other hand, amid Istanbul’s traffic, the worst I have ever seen in my life, the traffic near the hotel is the worst of the worst. Very easy to get to the places I mentioned, a nightmare to get in and out of an extremely bad location traffic wise to the generally very bad traffic elsewhere in town. Rooms are decorated in Turkish style, spacious and modern. All convenience you would expect from an hotel of this category are available. Were it not for the location, it would not have been the best choice in my opinion.

I had an amazing stay here on June 11 2023. Arrived and was greeted with friendly employees who was willing to assist me with my luggage and with a bright smile too! Met Omer from concierge and we spoke for a brief period of time with him explaining to me about the whereabouts in Istanbul. Also, Kubra showed me to my room and explained in detail about the room amenities. Before checking out, when I had my breakfast ( great selection) Kubra showed up, asked about my stay, whether everything was alright and my experience visiting Istanbul. She and the rest of the bellman team even send me off. So sweet of them! Room was cosy and I like the ambience of it. Location was great since it is near all the attractions. My stay was for two nights. If you want a hotel that is not too busy and crazy, i would suggest this hotel. Shoutout to Kubra and Omer! Hope to see the both of you when I am back in Istanbul!

Coming from someone who travels significantly and has stayed in several fantastic properties across the world, I can confidently say that Mula is right up at the top, and a rarity among hotels. Absolutely Perfact place for visitors. Very clean very nice and very convenient. Front Desk stuff are full of happy welcoming and always able to help you out. I enjoyed staying in this hotel. Pluses: - comfortable big rooms; - perfect location - next to Istiklal famous street and Taksim square is just 10 minutes walk; a lot of restaurants, shops around; 5 minutes walk to Galata tower; - very good service; - ok breakfast (selection could be better) - but service is amazing. Attentive and fast. Special thanks to Eren - surprised with very good service. Please keep him. - 18th floor have amazing restaurant with city view; - ok small gym; - nice outdoor pool. Minuses: - amenties sometimes have some issues - like windows lockers, lights. Before rooms are given to clients - would recommend to check. In general would recommend and i would be back.

I had great experience at the Burckin hotel in september 2022. would NOT have been possible with the front desk staff & this young man who helped us with our luggage all the time . The roof top restaurant staff is super friendly especially Wahap Hendemir so personable, help us with all our questions and also gave me ideas where to go and take pictures. The view at the roof is so amazing . The food and wine were super good, especially the l coffee lattes and teas Front desk was very helpful and dedicated to our experience in every way. Specially calling the 20 taxis we during during our stay Thank you to the Burckin hotel for the great experience!!

Hotel is small and very comfortable. Located in 5-7 minutes walk from Sofia, Blue Mosque, Hipdroma, tram stop ... Location is very convenient - all nearby, close, including a bunch of restaurants, cafes, where you can have lunch or dinner . From the windows of the room every morning there was a stunning sight - the sunrise over Sofia (it was impossible to miss such a show - the muezin from all mosques called for morning prayer). In the rooms there is everything necessary for travelers (wishing for more comfort: napkins, glasses or cups, teapot). The hotel 's food is breakfast (in connection with the coronary virus - portion), which includes all the necessary for active rest of tourists : eggs, cut sausage and cheese, fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, olive oil, butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee. In addition, coffee and tea in the hotel are served at any time as you wish. Breakfast can be served on a cozy terrace surrounded by greens, or in a separate room inside the hotel. The staff is friendly, kind and already on the second day of stay in the hotel meet as long-standing acquaintances, they are interested in what I liked where ... I would like to note that there is no smell of tobacco in the rooms, That is, there is a clear division of rooms for smokers and non-smoking people. The general impression of communicating with the local population: goodwill, education, respect for people. And youth is very good, nurtured.
