New hotel and very clean. There are amenities other than toothbrushes. Transportation is convenient as there are buses and trains nearby. I want to stay again.

Overall good place to stay, some staff don't speak English but as a workaround showed me exactly what they wanted to communicate by using Google translate Only slight negative I had was the rooms weren't sounds proof, very far from it.

We came to visit my son. A hotel I prefer as close to the home building where my son stayed is a small, sweet hotel, but a very small and limited hotel in the area. The workers are trying to do whatever they can, especially Mr. MEHMET. The hotel offers special services and special breakfast to foreign tourists, so you are a third-class citizen in your own hometown. The hotel has no room for three people, but they let even the extra-shame towels that they gave us for three people leave one person, and the reception is not helping but the MEHMET is very difficult for you to do it. The floor rooms are close to the roof, I think it's hard to breathe three people inside and under pressure. Let's come to the breakfast part not a buffet open, but a snack breakfast and tea and milk are provided. But I like butter and honey, and it is not given enough. There is limited scope for breakfast, so don't think about breakfast for it, I say, make breakfast like a man elsewhere. The cleaning is not bad, nor good, nor bad. I think there are different more nice hotels nearby, and can be given 300 or 400 TL more and stay in a better hotel 3.kat rooms and have window shortages, windows small vr broken, I prefer a different hotel for it, I'll say it is heavily

I have stayed here many times, but this time I was not satisfied at all. In the room, hair belonging to an old woman was scattered everywhere. The cleaning was unsuccessful. There was a hot water problem, the water was getting extremely cold and hot while taking a shower and washing dishes. I am not normally a person who chooses pillows, I can sleep with all pillows, regardless of whether they are hard, soft, high or low. The room is stuffed to the brim with a pillow large enough to bend your head at an exaggerated 45 degree angle. I preferred to sleep without a pillow.

I am myself a hotel manager but since I am accompanying my sister for a cosmetic treatment, I had no say on on the hotel choice Regardless though the hotel I represent as a manager is neither perfect, here are a few observations I am currently in room 1201 and still got another 8 nights to go, so my views may change and they will be duly revised Starting from the bad… Reception - the most unfriendly and unhelpful department I ve encountered so far. This is the department who should lead by example in these terms yet while every department I ve encounter have been great (housekeeping, food and be beverage, spa) … this department lacks the welcoming factor. Sad as reception often leaves the first and last impression. Breakfast - basic but good quality. Can’t ask for more Spa - I still have to try this but the attendant who showed me around was helpful and patient. Thanks to his approach I will definitely give this place a try Room is big, comfortable and well equipped… cleanliness upon checkin not as great … yellow stained silicon around shower, hairs of previous occupants, dusty accessories. The industry is suffering and while I Am mentioning this, I am ready to close an eye Highlight of hotel - by far - the rooftop restaurant … the lamb shank was to die for and definitely best lamb ever… service is 10 out of 10 and 2 people stand out by far … girl with glasses working on Tuesday 11th evening shift … and the ever so amazing and charming Mohammat… impressed and equally jealous of their customer approach. These are people I would hire in a blink of an eye, Mohammat, especially I look forward to spending the next 9 nights here. Turkey is amazing but the Turks are even greater Room 1201

Be very careful from this hotel, a diamond ring was stolen from us, someone entered the room despite the placement of a do not disturb sign that does not allow the cleaning staff to enter, and the hotel manager's complicity and protect of the cleaning staff who entered the room, and his refusal to go back to the cameras, this thing unfortunately damages the reputation of the hotel, It is universally known! Feeling unsafe is a big problem. Also another Saudi guy was copmlenaning about 4 rings stolen from his room and one watch. Will never ever come to this hotel group again ”Tryp by wyndham” they ruined our vacation. الحذر كل الحذر من هذا الفندق، تم سرقة خاتم ألماس والدخول إلى الغرفة بالرغم من وضع لوحة عدم الإزعاج التي لا تسمح لموظفين النظافة بالدخول، و تواطؤ مدير الفندق و حمايته لمسؤولين النظافة الذين دخلوا للغرفة، و رفضه الرجوع للكاميرات، هذا الشيء للأسف يسيء لسمعة الفندق المعروف عالمياً، عدم الإحساس بالأمان مشكلة كبيرة. و أيضاً جارنا سعودي في الغرفة اللي بجانبنا، تم سرقة 4 خواتم منهم و ساعة. لن أعود لزيارة مجموعة الفنادق هذي في أي دولة مرة أخرى ”تريب باي ويندام”

Everything is brand new and spotlessly clean! The hostel is located in the Asian part of Istanbul and is on the 6th upper floor. There is a supermarket ”BIM” on the ground floor - very convenient. The underground station ”Bostanci” (line M4) is within 5 minutes walking distance. and goes directly to the airport ”Sabiha Gokcen SAW”. Great location! The bed and pillows were very comfortable, rarely had such a comfortable pillow. Extra thumbs up for it. Each bed has a socket and a small reading lamp on the headboard and a no basket on a wall lattice. Everything was very thought out! Bed linen, toilet, shower were also very clean! Mert, the host is extremely helpful, attentive, open-minded and the team also makes a great effort to make the hostel guests feel comfortable. Safe and welcome feeling of living! Hospitality excellent! Co-working area is well equipped. Great wifi, work stations, meeting room - everything there. The digital nomads that were on site were thrilled and are partly there for another time. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. If you want to join a WhatsApp group via a QR code - through this group, various activities are organized/communicated. Great atmosphere in general. Will book here again for the next Istanbul stay! Checked in no problem. Room was on the 1000 level. The room was fine. Comfy enough bed, decent shower, a little dark but fine. However, at 0044 I had not long fallen asleep and was awoken by some music. To begin with I could not figure out where the music was coming from, I called reception and found out that there was a function on and the music was coming through the walls. The receptionist told me that he would sort it out. He must of as I managed to fall asleep for 10 minutes. 20 minutes later, the tunes came back on but even louder, again I called down to reception. This time I told him if he cant get the music sorted I wanted a room move. he said he'd call back in 5 mins. By this time (0115) I had enough after been travelling since 0600 and up for work at 0800 I was not wiating any longer. I packed what I had left to pack and went down stairs to get moved. Where I had the most uncomfortable experience with the receptionist. I told the guy I wanted a room change, he said he was sorry he didn't have any. I stared at him rather displeased as you would at that time. I said well, what do you suggest?! The volume was ridiculous. After sending the bellboy down to request a volume change again, he shuffled avoiding eye contact and moving around papers. I think he just thought I was going to shrug my shoulders and go back to my bed. I stared at him for a minute more and raised my voice, asked him what the hell is happening? Its nearly 0130 and am standing here tired as F**K, demanded he better sort something out or I wanted the manager. After some more awkwardness he then produced a key card for a different room. I told him all that nonsence in the last ten mins could easily have been avoided. If he didn't lie to me and say there were no rooms. The room ended up being really quiet, however it was like an oven and I could not get it cool. I was knackered so fell asleep anyway. That mattress will need a few days in the sun to dry out the amount I sweated in it. I went down to breakfast in the morning it looked like an ok spread but I was still not in the mood. The bill was already fixed by my company so I didn't even complain to the staff in the morning. I will be telling my company not to use this place again.
