A very nice hotel, everything is clean and all the staff there provided lovely service, helped us booked a taxi in the late evening for the next day at 5am so we can head to the airport with ease. They were honest and helped us so we don’t get scammed by taxi drivers. The pick up they called was the same price as a taxi but a better bigger much more comfortable 7 seated car for just us two persons.

The location is particularly good. It is in a back alley, just a few dozen meters away from the bustling district. The B1 subway and T1 light rail are nearby. The room facilities are new, I personally feel satisfied with the breakfast, and the service is impeccable. What I feel is insufficient is that the room is not large. I chose a 30-square-meter room. In fact, half of it is a balcony. It is a bit cramped for two people to live in the room. The balcony is large enough and comfortable. Unfortunately, it has been raining for days. Todo increíble: la ubicación es perfecta, la limpieza, el trato…la cama es king size, el baño precioso, muy grande, con amenities y secador. La calle l llegar es un poco extraña pero lo hace muy silencioso a pesar de estar en pleno centro. La carpintería metálica y la cristalera terminan de aislarlo completamente del ruido. Ein 100% Empfehlung für alle Istanbul-Erstreisenden, weil: 1. Lage direkt in der Altstadt womit viele Sehenswürdigkeit per Fuß erreicht werden können 2. Hotel Top in Schuss! Außen renoviert (nicht so wichtig, aber trotzdem schön). Zimmer absolut sauber. Sehr freundlicher Zimmerservice. Wir hatten ein superior Zimmer - alles top modern und wie neu 3. kleines Hotel mit sehr persönlichem Service. ALLE an der Rezeption sind MEGA nett. 4. Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse. Auch hier wirklich netter freundlicher Service Wir waren echt begeistert!!! Danke an das Livro Team!!!

Goede prijs-/kwaliteitsverhouding. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Kamers ok, rustig gelegen. Neem bij voorkeur twin beds, want de zogenaamd grote tweepersoons bedden vallen niet erg groot uit. En hebben een te klein dekbed wat niet breder is dan het bed zelf. Ontbijt prima en uitgebreid, maar niet veel keuze voor wie een west-Europees ontbijt wil. Het assortiment is blijkbaar vooral gericht op Turkse gasten.

The Hotel is very clean, cozy and quiet while it sits very close to Sirkeci main road and tram stop. excellent location for walking around. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Umit and the lady at breakfast. The rooms are cozy, well designed with very comfortable beds and perfectly working AC ;) excellent value for money. highly recommended.

There is nothing bad that can be said about this hotel - clean, modern, comfortable and in a fantastic location. The staff - Jam and the rest of the team - are certainly among the best we have ever encountered. Very friendly, extremely helpful and courteous at all times and nothing was too much trouble for them. We had a fantastic time here, and if you are thinking of booking this hotel you will not be disappointed. Absolutely excellent!!!!
