Very good experience

The air conditioner was very loud, the front desk had no sense of service at all, and I even took my luggage by myself! The room is very, very old and very bad! The elevator was broken when I left, so I had to carry the boxes down by myself! The good location is that the hotel is very close to Pamukkale Scenic Area!

The hotel is an apartment-style hotel. Our family of five booked two bedrooms and one living room with three single beds and one double bed. It can actually accommodate six people. It has a kitchen, dishwasher, large refrigerator, tableware, etc. , it should have only opened last year, it is very clean, the staff is friendly, and the cleaning lady will take the initiative to ask if cleaning is needed. There is a small supermarket opposite the hotel. When you go out, turn right and walk for five minutes to the Tophane Station of the T1 light rail line. It passes by the Eminonu Harbor, the Blue Mosque, the local water palace, and an 8-minute walk to the Galata Tower. The location is relatively convenient. There seemed to be no parking spaces at the hotel, so we picked up the car the morning after we checked out. Forgot to take a photo of the room

The staff's service was very good. They allowed us to check in early if there was a room. Because we had an early flight and arrived at the hotel early. My luggage was delayed, and the hotel front desk staff also helped me contact the airport. The hotel's sanitary conditions and supplies were very good. recommend. The location is close to the attractions in the old city and the transportation is convenient. There are also specialty food streets near the hotel with many choices.
