Initially, I had to cancel my first booking due to schedule changes. Despite the rooms being non-refundable, the hotel reservation team went above and beyond to assist in rebooking and refunding the total amount. Their helpfulness and kindness were greatly appreciated, and I'd also like to commend the trip.com team for their exceptional support. Our suites were wonderfully comfortable, featuring a balcony and a spa bath, which added to the luxurious experience. We were delighted by the daily chocolates and macaroons that were provided. The breakfast buffet offered a huge variety of delicious options, ensuring a great start to each day. As we checked out early, ahead of the Breakfast restaurant opening, they gabe us a small Snack pack- lovely thought! The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly, enhancing our stay with their warm hospitality. They also have a good functional gym, however no pool. One suggestion for improvement would be to have some balcony furniture available, even if it's kept inside the suite. Additionally, having bath salts for the spa bath would be a lovely touch for suites, and for safety reasons, handrails are needed for the spa. Overall, our stay at the Nippon Hotel was very pleasant, and I would highly recommend it to others. ---Ernst New Zealand

Nippon is better than other hotels I prefer staying there after occidental taksim hotel

Great stay overall, hotel is very near the airport bus stop. It is a bit of a distance from Taksim Square.

Great Hotel, central location, 5 minutes walk to airport buss, central location to tourist attractions and public transportation and local food joints. Just a little noisy as it is centrally located to the night life.

Very good experience at the hotel. Located in an excellent area of Istanbul. Staff were very friendly and always willing to help. Excellent all round service, would definitely recommend coming here.

The rooms are small, the sheets and blankets were not changed during my stay, the restaurant is good and the breakfast is varied, the lobby is small, and the security employee’s behavior is not good.

Location is great close to istklal street. Hotel clean and have good room space. The staff is helpful. However, I was suffering from housekeeping during cleaning early morning that disturbed our sleep. Also, AC is hot while the weather is hot which should turn to be in cold mode but not working as centralize. So they bring me fan.

Location is very good. Nearby have lots of restaurants. Airport bus is just 2 mins away.

Nippon Hotel is located near Taksim Square and Nisantasi. The room is clean with necessary amenities like coffee and tea making facilities, digital safe and many more. Breakfast served at level A restaurant from 0630-1030. Well equipped fitness room at B2 for their customers to have a nice workout.
