Really enjoyed staying here .

Below average hotel. The staff is not helpful at all. The room is extremely noisy with all the sound from the road. Only 1 plug point in the entire room

Nice hotel, clean room, friendly staff and the location is so perfect about 2 minutes walking from the public transportation besides that it’s near to the old town

in general it is ok. the service is good. the service woman eve too polite. rhe breakfast has to be better and i had the roon in street face so some traffic noise is all the time.

The location is very good. Not too far from main tourism location (Sultanahmet area). Pazartekke Tram Station is right in front of this hotel, so if you prefer public transport within Istanbul or to go to airport / bus station, this might make your trip much easier. Room is spacious, completed with kettle and daily complimentary bottled water, tea bags and coffee, and also iron and ironing board. My bathroom has a bathtub (although I only used it for shower). Breakfast is superb. The only thing I might complain is that the breakfast hall should be bigger for 5 star hotel, as (in my observation) it felt so crowded and cramped when almost all guests come for breakfast in the main breakfast time (between 8 and 9 am).

It is not very close to the central area but it is super well connected with all the buses that take you quickly to any place in Istanbul. There is not much tourism in the area and it is a traditional neighborhood. I really recommend it for a visit to the city.

The rooms are generally not like 5 stars. They are similar to GreenTree Inns in China. The environment is not bad. The cleaning lady sprayed water on the bed, which made the cups and sheets wet. I don’t understand why.

The hotel environment is not bad. Centrally located with a park nearby. It is very convenient to eat and shop, and it is also very close to the attractions. Convenient transportation, will choose next time.

The hotel is right next to the tram station, making it very convenient to go to the city center. Parking is free.

Not bad. The location is very good. The swimming pool was not available due to the weather😄 The only thing is that the breakfast is a bit expensive. 15 euros per person.
