Good location but service is not up to expectations

I have spent 3 days at this amazing hotel in istanbul and everything was perfect. The staff was great, the rooms were tidy and the food was great. It is placed near a lot of attractions of the old city. The prices were low and I enjoyed staying at this hotel very much. I recommend with trust.

This hotel is a hidden gem. I stayed one night at the hotel and wanted to provide feedback. Everyone spoke english. The room had a clean bed, refrigerator, and AC with good wifi. The breakfast buffet in the morning was exceptional The best part was the sauna on the bottom floor. There I had a massage on the first and second days. The facility was clean with two excellent massage therapists. Highly recommended. The spa is open to those who are not staying at the hotel. .

Reception was polite but one of them wanted to charge us 13 lira for a torn city map that should have been free. Small room to be expected in a large city. Excellent location for most sites interest: Suleiman Mosque, Grand Bazaar, Spice market. One of the easier hotels to log onto WiFi in Turkey. Small buffet spread for breakfast.

I liked this hotel so much for kindness of their staff, especially Önder) anytime ready to help , always smiling! Even though the hotel is not offering the best facilities , their huge plus that the hotel located near to the biggest sightseeing place! Breakfast was nice too, but i will never forget the smiling and caring at the reception :)

We stayed 4 nights, nothing special, for a 44 star it could be better from cleanliness to breakfast, which unfortunately is poor, it is not continental and it should be considering the multitude of foreigners there. Little choice, little fruit (almost non-existent only apples and even presented in bowls cut into wedges which blacken after a short time), only their food prevails. The room was normal, the bed was excellent, minimal cleaning. I would change hotels if I were to return,

Clean hotel with an average breakfast however very good location 2 minutes walk from the metro and tram pleasant staff I recommend very good value for money. Lots of shops and restaurants around the hotel.

I spent 2 days in this 4-star hotel, not as we understand them in Europe/Italy (let's be clear). Located in the center etc etc I won't dwell on this part as it's obvious just look at the position. The size of the room is decent, the bed is small, the bathroom has many things to improve, cleanliness first of all and then functional things like the shower door that opens outwards, flooding the bathroom if you don't hurry to close it after washing, the plastic toilet seat that moves when you sit down and more. The thing that disturbed me the most was that if I left the window open the deafening noises of the air conditioners in the building opposite came in. If I closed the window and turned on the air conditioner it set itself to a maximum of 27° and I was freezing to death. For 2 nights I slept very badly. Other friends in different rooms also had the problem. They have a restaurant on the top floor with a nice view nothing to say. I had dinner for 2 days in this hotel and I must say that I ate good things. For breakfast I skipped the savory one, it didn't inspire me at all, and I ate bread and jam.

Clean and quiet hotel, the location is perfect for visiting the city, spacious room with bathroom, transport is just a stone's throw away, breakfast is very average for a 4-star hotel, free hammam, free bottles of water throughout the day stay welcome fruit basket chocolate and dried fruits the staff is very helpful and kind receptionist and maid
